The posting time of these videos is too perfect. Just in the last couple days have I started looking into balloon framing for a tiny home to save time and effort in the construction.
Interesting perspective about Torx head screws. I find that the T-25 and greater work very well. Of course the right drill or impact driver is the key. On a side note, it is amazing how many companies now produce structural screws from grade 5 and up. I have not use a 3/8 inch lag screw grade 2 in decades.
