- Even us Brits need a decent pair of sunglasses from time to time during those lovely spring and summer months. After years of trying various sunglasses from Goodr, Amazon and even some with prescription lenses, I went for the SR1-X from ROKA. 12 months and 100s of hours running later, this is my full review!

Roka is currently having an end of summer sale. I was torn between the SR1-X and the TL-1's. I needed a pair of glasses that have darker bronze and polarized lense options. So had to go with the TL-1's. Hopefully they give me a good view; as I run in winter and it gets snowy on the roads here, I have to have polarization otherwise I get blinded by the glare off the snow. And I use them for driving, so same problem.

Some very snazzy shades Lee! Slightly too steep for me though mate. I have been using knockaround glasses from the states and I have been impressed. Similar to goodr but they have some rubber parts to increase to comfort. Great review as always mate! 😎🤘🏻
Cheers Ben - I'd not heard of Knockaround - I just had a quick look, I really like the style but the chunky frames block the ol' periphery! They definitely sound like an upgrade on the Goodr's though - I had two pairs from them, and the mirrored coating dissolved on both!
@@TheVeganRunner I think they are only in the US at the moment but they are coming to the UK soon. Built like tanks but not heavy so I have been pretty impressed. Know what you mean about the frames though but it doesn't bother me so much.
Have you heard of Rudy projects sunglasses ?
