Maui Jim has excellent customer service. When everyone else was having difficulties with service in 2020/21 I sent my pair of Maui jim prescription sunglasses to them for the nose pad replacement. Because of the expense they’re a few years old, because of that the white lettering had worn off of one side, it was not dirty the print was removed. The pair I got back appeared new.
