Bought one of these sept 2022. Installed EASILY. Programming is EASY! Works great. I am in southern California in the inland empire!
I also, bought a RSD RAINBIRD sensor and works great! Simple things that just work is my style. I hate overly complicated crap!

Don't buy this standard 1 Zone RainBird if you want to have multiple timed watering scheduls and have different run times, this won't do it. For example 1st run time 20.00 hrs for 15mins then 07.00 hrs for 5 mins, this configuration is NOT possible. The only solution is a multiple Zone RainBird, but, the retailers/specialists won't tell you this, and if you want to contact RainBird support, forget it.

Thanks for the tip, Tiz Me. We just read through the manual and it appears that a zone can only be in 1 program (or there is only 1 program). That is the issue. Typically, if you would like a zone to have multiple watering times, you would create different programs for that. Thanks again.
