First repair then recycle the damaged parts.
Recycle it now while you still have.
Out of context but...he's cute HAHA
Can you further define what e-waste you are collecting & what should not be in there. Most Singaporean will put in everything electronic. Lots of cable & charger; storage devices & powerpack; can you teach Singaporean to be thrifty & not wasteful & go the recycle, reuse, repurpose, upcycle & minimalist culture + possible habit of decluttering/housekeeping wholelistically (digital, physical space, mental, spiritual, etc). This is to build a resilient, purposeful, mindfulness.
Covid is here to stay. Cooping at home. Not many ppl have coping skills. Suicide, mental cases, domestic violence, gaming, online gambling, etc have all increases. There is no outlet. Lots more to say but will stop for now.
