I just love how Brad always hands the phone off to Dan and he always hands it off to Sheila. Then by the time Sheila talks with the newest Lion everyone in the background is dappin' each other up and giving out the loudest highest of fives.

Sheila is a gem. We'd still be in the dark ages without her. I love that she's still such a big part of everything. And Brad's drafting abilities and energy is unmatched! GO LIONS!!

Terrion Arnold feels like the final piece for us to be a serious contender that others have to deal with, no longer a dark horse. Last year was incredible. This year we look even stronger. Brad Holmes and our scouting department do top-notch work. Brad Holmes is going to have a statue built of himself outside of Ford Field some day at this rate. What a living legend for the Detroit Lions.

The final piece is PASH RUSH!!! SAY IT WITH ME!! ranked 29th last year = allowing 30 points a game!! Let's say our cbs can cover for 10sec a play!! There's others to throw too....TE and RB you ain't covering them for 10sec. Then by halftime our secondary is so wore out from covering so long...then what?? When you have pass rush ...okudah will look like a probowler!! Don't worry there are others like you ...including brad.

The Lions carried me through 21 years of the military service. I use to live and die with them. They gave me something from my home state to gravitate to. Now that I'm retired and living in metro Detroit; I feel like my support is starting to bare fruit. Go Lions!

I'm still shocked we got him. All of us were praying a guy like Koolaid would fall to us at 29 and the fact that we got the top CB in Arnold while having guys like Koolaid and DeJean fall to the 2nd is insane. We probably couldve gotten Arnold at 29 too, but I'm glad we didn't risk anything! Such a deep draft class! The 2nd round is basically another 1st round and we've noticed that in the past few drafts, and that seems to be the trajectory the draft is going in.
I think Green Bay was going to take him.

How is he compared to Quinyon Mitchell, whom the Eagles drafted after passing on Arnold, DeJean and McKinstry?
the sudden flurry of DL's selected really did help guys like Arnold and Q. Mitchell fall further than a lot of people thought

Shiela Hamp Ford is the greatest thing for the Lions ever. I remember the calls for the Fords to sell the team. Now shes taken over, we have expectations of a super bowl. Incredible.

I know this is how its been since they came here and picked Sewell but these guys actually care and are excited who they picked. "Quinntricia'' may have been excited but didn't show any emotion and one draft I believe Quinn had a random baseball bat. No wonder why these Lions are having success and enjoy playing rather than under Quinntricia.

Well getting the call from the Lions now is prob what many would love to get when not long ago it was a death sentence in many ways.

They have a future CB1. Its rare that CBs play at CB1 level as a rookie. People need to keep this pick in perspective.
