it's simple *minmalism* People like the features and UI that mac os provides and it's vice versa People on mac os as for windows themes while windows users ask for mac os themes :) personally i like the UI of mac os and hate everything of it
I use My Dock to simulate mac taskbar and finder. It basically simulates both taskbar and Mac finder in one application. Its animations are very similar to mac os. Try it once and share the experience.
It's weird because I have both a Mac notebook and a PC, so when I updated to Windows 11 and everything looks like a Mac. I like everything about it, because it feels familiar lol.
For people complaining about why modify Windows to look like MacOS - my personal experience: I used to run manjaro/fedora or other distribution on my pc and use gnome as my desktop environment but, all you guys know, linux doesn't run/emulate/translate windows apps flawlessly right now, so I decided to move to windows, and, because I like gnome interface that looks a little bit with macOS, I search for this.
But to be frank after using the MAC OS and after 10 years of using it, I am still happier using windows at work and even for a real professional work, mac os lacks a lot to be used in a professional manner for that I had installed the windows as a virtual machine
RoundedTB is very very unstable. I was unable to return to my previous taskbar only after I deleted and uninstalled the roundedTB file and everything. Please make those issues resolved. I have used everything else and made my laptop minimalistic except the roundedtb one. Please be cautious before using roundedTB.
well good vid but you just ripped off the title from HowToCreative's part 2 of the minimal series (just going to assume that you did it on co-incidence) and thx m8 useful great vid and i have been keeping up with you channel with all the theme vids great work as always!

total pain in butt to install droptop, as no installer is available to make installation easier nor links let it download, is it depending for rainmeter?
@@pineapplerindm Best you can probably do is black wallpaper with dark theme and auto hide taskbar. Maybe pin CMD to your taskbar then you can press windows+1 to launch it quickly and use it for whatever you like, and use the search function for other programs.
M$ is never going to copy the Mac nearly enough. ...you know, the part where it's built on top of BSD. Unfortunately all the similarities are superficial.
I really don't get why people want to make windows look like Mac... Both should have different personality

Cause I can't afford for a Mac 😀
Because mac ui design is beautiful meanwhile windows...ehem...
@@urbonx I don't find the MacOS design beautiful at all. I was only here for the MacOS close and minimize buttons
Some people want Mac’s but have no money.
what bugs me about windows 11 is the half baked darkmode... when you start diving into the settings it goes back to light mode
i kind of like that aspect tho
I like both OS's. And I'm happy Windows is finally not so dang stodgy as it has been for years.
Thanks Apple
Idk why I'm watching this, I'm on Mac.
Same here :D

Thanks alot! Tutorial was great but I just have one problem with the droptop app. Its on dark mode when I want it to be on light mode, any help?
how can I close programs with the usual "X" or minimize with "-" if I have the dropbar installed?
Right-click the DropTop bar and select the "Fix windows behind bar" option
If anyone actually uses this unironically I really hope they will get some help.
Why would I do that? I have both and they each have their own use for me. I love each others' quirks. So no need to look like each other! LoL.
@random acc Thx for telling him.
People love desing and to tweak system as they wish, they own it. Hence they should be enabled by default to tweak system as they wish.
