And Bob, thank you for continuing work. When I was first diagnosed with my illness, I hibernated out of embarrassment. It took me a long time to feel comfortable out in public in my wheelchair. You are an inspiration.

Thanks, guys for the hunchback reminders! And Bob, as another cerebellar ataxia patient (my husband said, "I don't know the name of it but it's got something to do with a taxi!"), and someone who completely lost her voice for 8 months, please don't stop talking just because it is difficult. You're doing a fantastic job!

Thank you for continuing to change lives with your amazing educational videos. After watching one of your videos, I invested in a red light infrared therapy device and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field (PEMF) therapy device. These devices have been life transforming to slow down and alleviate my severe osteoarthritis. A mainstream doctor told me my only option was pain medication hard on the liver. You taught me other, natural options to improve my life. Thank you! I am now going to use they techniques to reverse my neck/spine curve (with the help of a chiropractor as well) and am so grateful.

You both have helped me greatly in being able to use my left shoulder to work out after years. One exercise in particular has done it. Now the other is this back hump of mine. Just tried it and I felt things moving in several places. I'm optimistic this will work just as well as the one for the shoulder has. Now, my prayers will be regularly for Bob. Both you guys have freely given instruction which has help many, many, so freely I will pray for Bob that his condition would improve and eventually cease.

Great video. Question for someone in late 60's. Would these exercises actually be able to reverse some of the damage done by years of bad posture? If so, what would you estimate the improvement to be? Or, is it too late? I've started the exercises a week or so ago and it does give relief, but want to set realistic expectations.

I’ve been wanting to asking you bob and Brad this is partly part of my problem but I’ve always used a handball or tennis ball dog toy really any thing soft so that it doesn’t hurt but hard enough to where there is resistance.I’ve always but the ball about mid back and try using the steering wheel as something I can push away forcing my shoulders back and also forcing the hump that’s forming which is about the bottom of my shoulder blades so not quite mid back but more like the lowest part of my upper back have I been doing it wrong by putting whatever I’m using too low
