This video is the perfect example of why people need to audit these places on industrial estates because allowing plastic pellets to fall onto the floor for wildlife to confuse as food and to fall into the water drainage system can cost these companies fines of over £100,000+ for pollution and endangering wildlife. I also think you should re-visit some of the worst offenders to see if they take note or don't give a shit. And wonder whats goes into the river at the back ??

I work as an environmental health practitioner last 30 years in the safety auditing field.
Look we inspect all. Places but please let us know and we are trained and competent to deal with such issues, a lay person does not have the skills to come up with solutions and understand remedial actions required to tackle safety issues.

Hi DJ this is a perfect example of why we need ppl like you this company obviously thinks it can hide on the edge of an industrial estate polluting the environment and not giving a toss about the law they need a visit from the environment agency and local council I hope you send the video to them and I hope the police follow up and stop them breaching the road traffic act . Excellent work DJ keep it up and have a good wknd 💪🙏

Great video, again, spot on. Just to add about that forklift. It should also have a grade over the pallet folks, i.e., a pallet or something. When it's on the public road.

Brilliant audit DJ. Hope they get done for those misdemeanours.
You're bang on about people "starting" to behave, due to the great work being done by auditors. Still a long way to go though. Without the auditors they'd all still be making up the rules as they go along.

Action needs to be taken against them and reported to the Environmental Agency (EA) and also the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) also report to the police about the fork lift using the road with tax and insurance under Road Traffic Act. The road is maintained as a mixed responsibility. Also should be charged for wasting police time.
