People don’t teach us this. People don’t teach us that the breath is actually a manifestation of Allah’s mercy. Every breath is from Allah, when you sit back and think about it, it leaves you speechless. When you remember Allah it’s a mercy from him. Because he cares. It’s the most beautiful thing.
I’ve been dealing with two illnesses and because of its severity I now have anxiety. I’m also about to lose my job. I’m trying to focus on meditation, light exercise, rest, and positive, thinking. Bless you, brother❤
So true dear brother Ihsan. I am only beginning to understand that Allah loves me unreservedly LailIaha ilallah. Finally I feel an inkling of safety within the realm of Allah’s safety. Ameen
Beautifully explained Masha'allah touching upon so many essential themes and an effective integration between our traditional Islamic beliefs and paradigms and their relevance and applicability within a Western context.
I loved what you said about the pen being an antenna! It is amazing what flows out. Also, the reminder to state the truth, write about the truth, and meditate on the truth. Breathe and relax. Great video. I miss you guys, will be joining you again soon.
I agree, thats why it’s so important to listen to Islamic Affirmations to shift our focus and mindset to Allah. Everything will fall into place after that. I do this on my pagee for those who would like to try it out. ❤

So true,,,an hour of contemplation and move beyond ,our subconscious mind is the most powerful,no doubt about it You are absolutely right we are responsible for our own life .
And a lot of Muslims says that working on the subconscious is Haraam. They don't understand even our slightest belief of Allah is on our subconsciousness. That's why it makes sense that Allah said I am to my slave the way he/she beliefs of me.
Thank you! Alhumdulillah this was everything you’ve been talking about lately all in one video. Explained beautifully Mashallah. May Allah bless us all Ameen
Thank you. I'm finding that scholars are dismissing this fact (beliefs dictating reality, attracting situations) and even believing this to be open Shirk. It's sad, b/c this narrow thinking keeps us small and limited. I feel our imams are scared to think outside of the box for fear of leaving the fold. Br. Thank you for this valuable information and grounded practice, looking forward to working with you, iA. Salam.

Hello, peace and light. The best way to get in touch is through my website, www.borderpoint.com. There you will find a contact form, as well as information regarding coaching, courses, etc.
Salaams…Iblees thought he knew best and resisted the command of Allah (swt) falling from His grace, not realising by doing so he went against the very entity he loved and worshipped even more than the angels…As human beings we disobey the very commands of our Lord meant to test us hundreds of times per day thinking we know better…This realisation hit me really hard that I was even worse than Iblees, his one mistake got him thrown out of Paradise becoming an enemy to human kind and here I am complaining, resisting what’s written in Qadr, wanting what I believe is best for me each n every day, throughout the day…All the while HE carries on to give me life, give me sustenance and blessings I cannot even count and fail to see…How ungrateful we are to He’s mercy, He’s compassion and He’s love thinking we know better than our very creator…May Allah almighty help us to see the truth, beyond this world of illusions and grant us the ability to hold tight to His divine hem with both hands…In sha Allah ta’ala…Ameen🤲🏼🌸🤲🏼
I'm a new subscriber. Ive been searching for answers BC the genocide in Gaza has broken my faith. Other ppl give generic and basic answers that are not satisfactory nor do they apply. Your posts are the only posts that are resonating with me.. My question is - I saw your other posts about why bad things happen and you said that it is to improve yourself, strengthen your faith. That our prophets went through some of the most difficult hardships. But what about suffering of others that affect your faith? The horrific suffering happening to our Muslim brothers and sisters in Gaza and Lebonan is extremely distressing. Yes you can argue that it is to strengthen their faith but what about the suffering of children who lack that introspective ability. Is their suffering in vain? I just don't understand how a loving God could allow this. I feel very lost.
Many of us feel the same way. Our brothers and sisters in Gaza have taught the world the power of Islam, and for that they will be immediately granted jannah. This is what I take solace in.❤
Salaam, sister. May peace, strength, and light be with you. I understand your feelings; we are all experiencing the pain of these times. For those with open hearts, witnessing the suffering of others can often be harder to bear than our own. We are indeed in dark times, moving toward a final demarcation between light and darkness, good and evil, right and wrong. All we can do is hold on to faith-it is always darkest before the dawn. What we are witnessing now is the consequence of a world that has become deeply disconnected from the Divine. Without God, there can be no true goodness. This is the burden of free will, a responsibility that all of creation refused to carry, except humankind in their ignorance and oppression (Holy Qur'an, 33:72).
Peace be upon you. The souls of these kids/martyrs are being taken out before they feel any pain. The ones alive are being saved from the fitna of Dajjal and eternal suffering inshaAllah, which they might have gotten into if they were living normal lives, and Allah knows the best. Allahu Akbar, the most high and most wise!
