Alot of authors warn us to be careful when using this energy for fearing of damaging any body part .. if so , how can l treat with this energy and avoid such hazards ??? Thank you❤

Not the whole point of Islam is to advance consciousness like c'mon! There are many many goals of the religion we must not say things that are so big in a bad way, especially that you have people who do watch you.
