Amanda, to fix your lime wash brush, you can put a few screws into it to hold the handle back on. Ice done this many times to different brushes, it'll last years. Save your money, lol.

I love this bathroom renovation! That rosemary color is wonderful!! Looks great!
Over paint was like that in my home as well. I used my Bissell steam shot to remove it off like so easily. I did the scrape thing as well, but I have carpal tunnel issues in my wrists and the scrape aggravated it. The steam shot was so fast.
I realize the focus of your page is DIY and Home Cleaning and Organization, but I love to watch how well both you and Kyle work with each other. There is so much negativity about marriage and relationships and the world needs to see what a most wonderful gift a family/marriage is and can be. The level of respect, kindness and dignity you hold for each other is inspiring and uplifting. Again, another most wonderful room transformation. I reckon, just for the size alone, a bathroom is a harder spot to paint, because although it be smaller, it has a lot of spots that cannot be done with a roller, and as you showed needs to be painted in due to the tightness of these areas. I bet the boys are delighted to say goodbye to Pepto Bismol Pink 💖💖

WOW! Even with all the problems you ran into during this makeover it turned out incredible. Every item/detail looks intentional and amazing! I’m so glad the boys loved their new bathroom. Also, couldn’t resist a little chuckle when it looked like Benji was supervising your painting while sitting on the ladder & Emma appeared to be guarding all the supplies from her bed in Luke’s room!!!

When you. said you weren't too sure about the green color I laughed out loud and thought, "anything is better than that pink"!!! Seriously, you were correct, it dried beautifully! Such an incredible transformation and I know those boys were glad to be rid of that pink!!!

Amanda I the transformation of this bathroom and the way you and Kyle work together
Quality brushes/rollers are part of the success of painting any space. Clean them thoroughly when finished painting and include a final step using hair conditioner . It keeps the brushes soft and pliable. Also, I always use semi gloss in bathrooms because of its durability and ease of cleaning. A light sanding of the walls will help with paint adhesion!

Found your videos in perfect timing before starting the redo of my boys bathroom from RED to sea salt from Sherwin Williams. I wanted the cabinets in black but dreaded until I saw the Beyond Paint you were using. I searched and saw one of my local hardware stores seemed to have it in stock. I went and they had just received the boxes and were rearranging shelves to put it out to sell. I waited until someone was able to go up and get the boxes down. They looked at me like I was crazy. I got a quart of white and quart of black. The bathroom cabinets look FANTASTIC! I am going to add the sealer to ensure that maybe I never have to redo this bathroom ever again. I did the lower half paneling in white and crown molding and trim in black. I still have to go and finish all the touch ups but after a week plus I needed a break. I am so in love with Beyond paint. And I still haven't finished the quart yet.
It came out beautifully! Love the haircut, it definitely gives more lift without the weight!! 👍
