    Hi Chris my name is Jeannette Mahan and I’ve lost many people to cancer, I am a vegan and I always look for excellent recipes and my mission in life is to eat a cancer diet I’ve only had probably two or three people in my family that have died of cancer and my father had stage four lung cancer and the chemo killed him. So I’ve been looking through your modules and I’ve made it my mission to eat a cancer diet and strengthen my knee and system so that cancer does not touch my body. I’m a single mom with a 14-year-old daughter and I have a lot to be grateful for, I have a lot to live for, and by eating what nature produces makes me feel like I’m drawing close to God because God created nature and my body is the temple and I praise him for everything that he has blessed us with.

    Chris, I would definitely like to see more videos about your daily meals...my family and I are starting this journey to a cancer free life and need some great meals like the ones you presented to help us with the transition. It is also very encouraging to know how sold you are on this lifestyle and that you have beat cancer for 11 years. I can only pray that we have half of the dedication you do. Thank you for sharing!

      Hey Chris how you doing, I am a 63-year-old African American man with diabetes and prostate cancer how can you help. I do know as a diabetic that sugar doesn't help at all neither does carbs what are your suggestions concerning me.

You are inspiring, and a God send to those challenged by cancer. i have lost many of my family to cancer and share so much of your information. i am doing more of that as more friends are troubled by it.       By the way, your seeds look like they are in thier shells - is that correct.
      I thought that, especially flax seeds, are indigestable when not ground (which could be done in a coffe grinder or good blender) - b glad to hear your opinion. Thanks

    My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 aggressive form of prostate cancer and we want to do alternate therapies and I'm so glad we found you. Of Coarse his family is freaking out and wants him to have the surgery Which will severely damage his Quality of life. I'm very supportive in his decision and I'm encouraging him to get healthy because I know cancer feeds off your state of health.

    I've been following you for several years and my husband found out in July that he has stage 4 prostate cancer....your info has been so wonderful for us...he is healing naturally with clean plant foods, juicing, supplements & essential oils....we also sought treatment recently in Germany with many healthy IV infusions, dendritic cell therapy & Hyperthermia!

    I am a diabetic and I'm living proof that it does work.my blood sugar has dropped for over a year and stayed normal. The key to making it work, is to make sure to exercise when you eat food like this so that you can get the most benefit from it. I am so thankful thatI I grew up in a family that ate like this. Of course as a teenager and young adult I got away from eating this way and I'm paying the price, But I'm thankful that making the changes are working for me.

    I eat 1 banana and 3 oranges in the morning, then 1 peace of bread with dry chicken almost cooked, and allot of mixt salade, and nothing on it. But also with garlic, and carrots and fresh paprika's red and green and comkumber, but not of them is cooked.
    Raw from the ground, and all kind of fruits. From strawberry to peaces ans so on. Everyday.

    More videos please!!😊😊😊 I am battling lymphoma and I came across your videos. I have changed my diet from eating out super greasy fast food three times a day to everything organic and I have cut out red meat. I'm having a really hard time with cutting out all meat. I've been doing this for about 1 month now and following all this wonderful information that you have taught me. I am very grateful. The meats that I have been eating are wild-caught tuna wild caught salmon and organic free range turkey and chicken. I have limited meat to one time a day and I've been trying to eat as much fruits and veggies as possible and I'm also eating Ezekiel bread and tortillas. I don't know. I don't know if. I I'm only drinking alkaline water and I don't know if I'm doing all of this right but I'm sure I will continue to learn as time goes on. Thank you so much Chris and I look forward to learning more from you

    After watching so many vegan and raw vegan videos for the past few years I have sort of become afraid of fat. After watching this though I think maybe I'll be less afraid of nuts and seeds. Being afraid of one nutrient sort of interferes with the end goal of total health. Common sense should be our guide I think.

    I knew about Gerson Therapy for years, but people don't listen to those messages, which makes me so sad. My best friend would not go to get healing. She went for chemo and died miserably.

    Thanks, do more of this videos pls. One note, flax seeds need to be grinded first in order to be digested and also they should be taken with a lot of fluids so they won't clog you up...I just add them to shakes. Z

    Please share a link to where you purchase your superfoods and what suppliments do you use? Great video! Please do more like these. I was so happy to see that my husband and I eat a very similar diet to yours. Lately I'm researching what green superfoods to add to our diet like barley grass juice powder. So your recommendations for superfoods would be a tremendous help. Also my local healthfood store doesn't sell amla powder but would like to find a way to purchase it maybe online. Can you also provide a link to purchase the water purifier you use. What kind of iodine do you suppliment with? Thanks in advance for all your help. God bless.

      chrisbeatcancer I think its first of all really great that you share this with us. Now for everyone who reads this some warnings: Burritos often contain unhealthy preservatives. Raisins often contain SULFIT (cancerogen). Also in the diet I was aurprised to see that you added yeast...not sure what for. I also feel good of yeast, but heard in a video with that thyroid cancer survivor that she was advised to eat yeast free. So!?? Not sure... She was also advised to eat starch free (so no potatoes) Also not sure about that. If anyone knows let me know why or why not starch and yeast please. Then I was surprised to see how little really fresh raw vegetables you eat. Basically only that avocado with the lime drop. I eat 5- 7 fresh raw vegetables or fruits per day and even the WHO advised for the last 10 years to eat at least 5 fresh (not frozen) fruits and vegs per day. Beans might come out of a can and with traces of not so good metals in them. Almond butter sounds really good. Chia I heard of. Will try those. thanks for your comments and let me know what you think about my advises and what you guys eat. Of course we like to see more, Chris! Great work. God bless you!

    Small correction - The dish Mika prepared for dinner wasn't a quesadilla, as quesadillas ALWAYS have cheese (queso means cheese in Spanish). What you ate that evening was a taco.

    yes I love the dinner idea. the smoothie is almost exactly the one we make for breakfast every morning although we also add a carrot, an orange, coconut milk, chia seed and thx to you amla powder. It's always good to have a large repertoire of dinner ideas so those are always helpful.

    Wow. Did you eat that way when you were healing or did you start eating that way when you were in "the clear" so to speak? It looks yummy but also very heavy and not something I'd think would be conducive to detoxing acid wastes and cancer cells or quick and easy digestion. Just curious.

    amalaki powder contains astonishing amount of oxalic acid, even in a quarter teaspoon, and same for moringa powder.

    yes please. I'm struggling to know what to eat outside of the very restricted foods i'm not eating. I'm also curious if you would be willing to post the type of blood tests you should be asking for for cancer markers. I cannot find any dr's (so far) that know what to order. the only reason i know what to ask for is from research, but honestly don't have a clue really what to ask for minus getting the Greek test (which of course is hugely expensive.. and no i have not done that yet) thank you so much

    Chris I would love to learn more about how you eat throughout the day and water that you take in etc. thank you for all you do. Been treating my rare NH lymphoma with natural means , diet, supplements and other natural treatments. I do need help with my diet tho, people are crazy over the ketogenic diet but I have read its not really supportive to healing the body. So more videos on diet would be great!     It looks good man, but where's the fresh fruit? I believe you should add more fruit to your diet, especially for breakfast as the lymphatic system is most sluggish after waking. You've done an amazing job with your health by all means anyway.
