Chris’s book is one of most amazing books for us all, no matter what state of health we are in. I believe this to be one of the best researched ever. As well, the information is accessible to us. One of my most valuable books - despite fact I do not have cancer. Figure if I use this information I will not likely get cancer - or any other disease.
Chris is such an amazing and inspiring man of God. I share his testimony and website every chance I get. Keep up the great work Chris!!!

This is so true! I did the same for different health reasons and my doctor freaked out saying what did I do? Because my test results are perfect never been this good my entire life. And my vision improved in my 40s! So worth it

What did you change about your diet what did you focus on eating ?
@@slaygadethicide basically a plant based Mediterranean diet lots of veg grains like quinoa kale type greens and nuts and seeds but I also make healthy lasagnas just replaced with coconut creams or cashew creams etc.

@thecatsays - Chris has never denied that he had surgery. Ever. He made a decision not to have chemotherapy. He felt this wasn't the direction for him to go in. He didn't have a good feeling about it in his situation. He has clearly said he is not anti-chemo or anti-radiation, etc. He makes it clear for people to discuss options with their doctor/specialist. As well as, getting proper tests done. If you have listened to his other videos then you would know these facts. Respectfully, I have seen your other posts. Why do you feel Chris is a scam artist and that what he shares is quackery? I am sincerely curious. Chris has never once said to stop any treatments. He is simply sharing his experience and what he did with other people. If it doesn't speak to you, why listen to these videos? What Chris shares is common sense. Chris is advocating a healthy lifestyle. That's a "win win" for everyone....

Chris is a great spokesman for common sense that can save your life. Remember: eat primarily food from the earth.
I tell people that if I got cancer, I would probably follow the Wark way. I've been following Chris for a long time and have his beautiful book. I'm so glad you brought up the forgiveness part, so important to prevent chronic disease, rather than wait years to apologize. Saying "I'm sorry" is more powerful than saying "I love you."

It’s very true plant based diets heal and make you thrive . The list of things it did for me are so incredible and I love he brought up the original diet in the Bible . I was so elated to read that was the way God designed us to eat . ♥️🙏

Read his book in Jan 2019 after my dx stage2B IDC and had surgery only with 1 lymph node positive with cancer and 1mm margins in several area's which means I Didn't have Clear margins after my lumpectomy June 2019...I did change Everything in my Lifestyle as well and read Many more book's like Radical Remission by Kelly A Turner PhD, Eat to Beat Disease by Dr William Li MD, Surving Mesothelioma by Paul Kraus who BTW was dx stage 4 Mesothelioma at age 52 in 1997 & given less than an a yr as prognosis & he decided Not to do chemotherapy or other conventional treatments for cancer but his book is very similar as Chris's in that he changed his Lifestyle Completely and he is still Alive more than 25 years later with his cancer under control and not growing!!!!

i get where your coming from im currently going through treatment atm an its not Plesant ive been telling my self i need to live off the land like the old days but i cant seem to do it
Good stuff for sure! But anyone following Chris please have your blood checked regularly. I have leukemia and followed Chris and Paula Black juicing. This led to my potassium levels to be to high which led to other problems.

Can I ask please did Chris have a colonoscopy (camera) I had a CT scan but it as unclear they know suggest I have a colonoscopy have seen some doctors saying not to have them, i am unsure what to do am in U.K.
I would recommend getting a colonoscopy if they saw something on your CTscan..,

Raw in the initial phase. He did 3 months. Then he gradually added a few cooked veggies back in.

I can not find an Intergrated Oncologist in my area.. I am about 2 hours from Altanta, GA. And about the same from Charlotte, NC if anyone knows of a doctor there.

Surgery is the standard procedure and the conventional answer to curing it.
So it was Chris’s surgery that beat cancer.
I know many that have also had successful surgery’s and remain cancer free years later.

Sounds like the Garden of Eden type diet, that God intended for us to eat to stay healthy and happy.
I think most people beat it by what they eliminate from their bad diet than what they actually eat. The problem is a few people who have been eating very healthy for decades. They face more challenges.
I have been eating everything they advise to prevent cáncer and my way of life is exactly what I read in all cáncer prevention and it also lines up with what one should eat and do If one has cáncer. Now two days ago I was diagnóstico with breast cáncer. This is 15yrs after my first treatment.Cured I thought! I can't believe it.I have nothing to change.I have been doing it for the last 15yrs ! I am so afraid.
@@JoyceMchendrieFerguson I feel your pain. I have heard/read that traditional cancer treatment kills cancer but not the cancer stem cells. Supposedly cancer cell stems remain for year and eventually the cancer comes back. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional. Please research this and see what you can find. Be careful cancer victums,,I tried this route,,and unless you get it cut out and have some form of chemo,,you could wind up very badly.

Simply going vegan won’t help the vast majority. This guy also had conventional treatment. Cancer sucks and I hope people can find their cure, but this guy has so many testimonies on his channel but provided no evidence they really had cancer.

Yours is a typical conditioned response. The vast majority get chemo, radiation and surgery... Then die. Why do they refuse to study natural cures? Because they work and they can't make $300,000 off each person.
