    There is no consistency to the thickness of your slices
    from one to another,
    and even on individual slices there will be different
    thickness from the left and right side of a single slice.
    This is visually obvious,
    and if you put slices on a scale,
    you can see how different in size each one is.

    I have a feeling that a lot of salmon went to garbage . Almost nothing for the sushi . I cant watch it .
