7:00 Who just stops in the middle of the road and have the audacity to blame the driver.
Glad to know my country has laws on this. The person driving hitting from / driving behind is always at fault! They should have paid attention. The only time this can be challenged if it can be proven it was a brake check, which this was clearly not. So cars fault.
@@jasonboring6429 Scams in your country probably go insane! The rear vehicle "always" being at fault is absurd. If someone runs into the back of a vehicle with tail lights that are out or faulty then what? Your countries law on this is absolute trash.
He not only comes to a near stop but just before he gets hit, he moves closer to the yellow lines which is the main reason why he gets collected. From his camera view it looks like he might have been doing a U turn?? The biker is a total tool and totally at fault. The lady in the car behind says it all. "You literally did that to yourself" Yep.
@@jasonboring6429Not in the US, it’s not always the rear vehicles fault. This is an easy kill to prove the bikers at fault.
I think the problem in the video is the context. The biker was already looking back like he knew something was about to happen. Maybe they already had a previous encounter and everybodys mood was a little bit heated up. In my opinion the biker is a total idiot for seeking the confrontation and putting himself in harms way, but legaly speaking from the country were I am from if you overtake somebody where there is a continues line between the lanes of trafic it is illegal i. e. the cars fault for overtaking the biker were it isn't allowed and if the biker stopped (brakechecked) the car is something a judge would have to decide. I don't know how you handle it in the U.S. with continues lines but from my experience you people in the U.S. can't drive at all.
7:00 when dumb and dumber find each other
That was a low side brother.
Thank you for having us in your video!!
Biker at fault total lack of awareness
almost natural selection right there
@@Kwixis monkey almost got naturally disqualified
He bought his awareness by buying a 360° camera instead.....
Don't understand what he was even trying to do
@@ap3513 probably trying to get some juicy altecration video so he could be an douche or smth
Absolutely love y'all's content
2:46 - The guy on the right could probably curl his truck, too.
Dude had synthol arms
It's so funny every time I read "the stunts are performed by professionals" 🤣
I couldn't see many of those in this video.
This guy letting the kid crack the throttle is awesome. I let a kid push my start button on my road king at a gas station one time in the look on his face was priceless. 13:37
I would say technically, they both had a blame in the accident. The biker stops in the middle of the street with no hazards on. The car should be paying attention to what happening around them, such as an idiot stopping right in front of them. Legally the car hit the biker from behind so they will be ticketed. But the biker definitely has fault in this.
wow, the amount of ppl getting 7:00 Wrong is honestly terrifying.
7:00 100% bikers fault
7:42 biker is at fault never stop in middle of road
brake checking cars on a bike someone is trying for the darwin award🤡
"StoopidSalal" Well at least he knows.
They are both at fault for that crash: The biker for stopping for no reason (looks like he wanted to do an illegal U Turn), and the SUV for passing on a solid yellow.
Your tires get bigger as you ride! You gotta check fender spacing every time you ride. @10:20
7:49 in italy the car can't surpass a bike on the right i don't know in the USA
Thanks for sharing my videos, gonna have more in the near future 🤘🏾
Clicked faster than a rabbit could jump. Great job as always 🤩
lol IS THAT DONPOLLO😂
0:27 I think it's illegal to ride or drive anything with non working brakes on public roads, in traffic.
I think he just chose not to brake
10:30 so bikers fault for poor maintenance... Also before every ride you inspect your bike... failed...
3:28 what kind of manga series is that ? Intensity man
One of the first 10! Muwahahaha
I blame biker.
I blame cager.
The car had time to slow down. As the biker was slowing down. So the car would be at fault.
Based on the video on the 360, it is primarily the fault of the driver
Ofc someone from Syracuse would day that 🤣
I blame those melding kids
Everyone blaming the biker for slowing down in the middle of the road, what the car all of a sudden don't have brakes? Bike hit from behind in clear view of the car at all times. Car has to make take all reasonable actions to ensure the safety of other road users, she hit him and kept on rolling. Driver of the car is at fault for accident.
True but at the same time, if you’re on a bike I’d rather not be doing anything extra that puts me more at risk
Legally the car is at fault, but being right doesn't help if your DEAD.
Biker stop video. He was trying to pull a U turn . If you watch he moved over to the right and without looking pulled his U turn right in the path of the car. His fauly 100%.
Safety distance....driver is at fault.....keep the distance to avoid this
I blame car because it is a one way roads and the biker was going to the middle to turn and for some reason the car turned into the biker. The bikers only stopped to try to avoid the car.
this video is much better if you didn't read my comment on the other videos i said it was crap but, you did a great job compiling this one although i hate when people hit your bike and say its your fault like dude those driver could have slowed down and went around. i think they deliberately hit the motorcyclist cuz they had plenty of time to slow down and go around
i hate karens who dont admit their own mistakes and blame it on others like hello the road is for everyone not just you maybe buy and pave your own road and limit motorcyclist so you wont hit them since the white car is too dumb to slow down like they cant stop or something i could rant all day about the clip lol at 7:18 sec in
How do you rent a main road for stunt riding practice 😂
7:00 both at fault, car shouldn’t pass over yellow lines and be more attentive to the road, biker also shouldn’t have just stopped in the middle. could’ve pulled to the side.
dude on Kawasaki hit from BEHIND by white van i think wasnt at fault and EVERY rear end hits ruled the same!
Yup,,,, totally the motorcyclist fault. As are most of the ”accidents” in this video. These fools call themselves bikers. When I’m riding and someone calls me a biker I correct them. Motorcyclist, not biker. Bikers do this stupid crap. I don’t want to be a biker. Lane splitting is illegal where I’m from, thankfull for that.
bikers are never wrong u kidding me they own the road
''idiots on bikes''
@7:30 yeah, it's the bikers fault. Stopped in the middle of the road and then cut in front of someone without looking, and then had the nerve to throw his hands up like "why'd you hit me?"
Don't lower your bike. It wasn't engineered to be a "low rider". Maybe the front fender won't get jammed against your tire again.
3 mins into video, SQUID! DID NOTHING RIGHT!!?
7:21 It’s crazy how many people are dumb enough to stop in the middle of the road, then get mad when they are hit by a car.
8:01 Another one lol. They’re just everywhere
8:01 Are you blind? He was turning and he's allowed to turn there...time to surrender your license if you have one
@@ALCLCFVIShe drove past the intersection and came to a full stop when there were no cars in front of him, when there was never any need to stop dead in the middle of the road. I’ve been riding for 11 years and am easily able to avoid bs like this because I clearly indicate, and don’t just slam on my brakes and come to an abrupt stop to make a left turn.
Even when I turn left like that I am along the left side of the road so cars can drive around me if they need to, and I slow down in a nice smooth manner that alerts the idiots behind me. I don’t just slam on my brakes and hope the car behind me is paying attention. If there are people behind me I will also use hand signals so they know wtf I’m doing, I don’t just assume everyone’s going to stop and drive the way they should. I’ll tap on my brakes and begin to slow down before the turn comes up so the people behind me know I’m coming to a full stop.
It sounds like the person who should have their license taken away is you, if you think that was a proper way to make a left turn in traffic with other cars behind you.. I have to make turns like this all the time, and you won’t ever see me come to an abrupt stop like this knowing there’s a car behind me, it’s just freaking common sense.
too many adverts!!!!!
If you're gonna steal the merc, at least learn how to drive it.🤦🏻♂️
Biker was at fault 100000% @7:10 he completely slowed and stopped while he was trying to cross a yellow line to catch an illegal u-turn. I am a rider and would 100% do the same thing he did, IF THERE WASNT A CAR 10 FEET AWAY FROM ME!! He even checked his mirror before trying to turn, so so dumb, 100% the biker's fault
The one that he got hit by a white car was the bikers fault
soo Kevin
You organ donors running 2 to 3 times the speed limit and lose a tire, high side, run into the back of another vehicle..."you'll find sympathy in the dictionary...."
KANX3R is toxic & we don’t claim him in n the biker fraternity.
wtf Pop Start? it called Bump Start!
I've heard push start. Like and old car that's a standard/stick shift.
I cringe whenever I see bikers choosing to put on a Buckethelmet of all things, honestly they should just be banned, they are absolutely useless in an accident.
Mainly the biker's fault. I'm sorry but he's an idiot for just stopping like that.
Riders fault!!
7:41 people who are blaming the biker, needs to learn the rules of the road. Biker clearly stopped for a reason, which video this doesn’t show why. The car behind tried to pass in a no pass zone, which ended in a collision. Instead of the car stopping when they had more than enough time to do so, driver probably got frustrated and caused the accident.
Clearly you have NO idea what you're talking about. The biker didn't stop. He slowed down to walking speed and pulled all the way to the right, then swung into a U turn right in front of the car. Completely his fault.
Please never drive again. Biker was clearly trying to make a u-turn in the middle of the road. Absolute lack of awareness for his surroundings.
7:23 selber schuld wenn man soo dumm motorrad fährt.
Doesn’t look good for the biker
First
I blame the driver of the car, he clearly seen him possibly turning, kept driving and hit his bike.
Motorbikes seem to be able to crash on smooth straight roads with no traffic. To increase the danger of this they pull wheelies or accelerate with massive G force.
On bendy downhill roads they go way too fast crossing the centre line and either hit a car going the other way or fall off. A variant of this is to hit a motorbike going the other way but motorbikes seem to have no respect for continuous centre lines at any time.
A car driver will anticipate other drivers changing lanes and will smoothly adjust for it, motorcyclists always fail to anticipate, fail to smoothly adjust speed and road position and always make something of it.
A motorcyclist going at far greater speeds than the cars around him expects car drivers to know he is there and not to make lane changes planned way before the motorbike was visible, the motorcyclist because he is unaware of car movements in this section of traffic fails to anticipate the car move although it has been signaled for some seconds and approaches a car as it moves across.
The motorcyclist that gets it wrong is always angry.
The green motorcyclist was going very slowly on the nearside of the road and pulled out in the path of the white car which was overtaking at the time, is he mad?
What motorcyclists hate most is cars that drive like motorbikes, driving between 2 lanes of traffic, crossing the centre line and performing dangerous retaliatory overtakes. If all car and truck drivers drove like motorcyclists it wouldn't be safe for motorbikes on the roads.
White car definitely at fault anyone who hits someone from behind no matter what is their fault
DOT law states you are at fault for hitting anything in front of you. Sure the biker did a dumb thing but the driver behind was not paying attention. Go ahead and argue DOT law with a retired trucker. Car will be sited by the cops.
The biker started pulling over, then swung left into the middle of the road to try and make an illegal u turn. 100% bikers fault.
Also You're not automatically at fault any time you hit something in front of you. Thank God you're a retired trucker, and not on the roads anymore.
@@Xwii610 0 tickets, 0 Accedents. My entire career. Nice try. Go read the green DOT law book
I don't blame the biker he went to turn and the car sped up like crazy and hit it purposely, if it wasn't on purpose the car could've turned and avoided him
@motodonno10_ that save was crazy 💯👍
6:58 it's the biker's own damn fault. The 360' shot clearly shows there's no reason for him to stop like that. Had plenty of room to pull off to the side, heck just 2 feet to the right and all that could have been avoided.
Except the driver behind has a responsibility to follow far enough back to not rear end someone. No matter the reason they are stopping.
@@fozter8201 Within reason, that road appears to be a higher speed zone and very clearly the biker had pulled far enough to the right side that it appears they are not going to make some dumb decision like blindly forcing their bike back into the road to make a u turn. That sounds like an argument a shady insurance agent would use to skew the responsibility when clearly had the biker LOOKED and WAITED it could have all been avoided... The responsibilty is 100% on the biker to make sure it's clear before performing a maneuver like that regardless of who's behind and how close they are. Crazy you think otherwise.
@@fozter8201 @7:07 - Clearly pulled over towards the white @7:08 - Clearly the car moved into the yellow to attempt to avoid the idiot biker that pulled in front of them and continued moving into the yellow further. You're wrong
@@joshschweigert9799 nope. The car behind should've still been coming to a stop. Not trying to gun it around a bike...
@@joshschweigert9799 50-50. Car should've been stopping

Why did the biker stop in the middle of the road ? If he pulled to the right crash would've been avoided
Why did the chicken cross the road?
I think the idiot was trying to do the U TURN in the wrong place.
the driver behind has a responsibility to follow far enough back to not rear end someone. No matter the reason they are stopping.
@@fozter8201 The stupid guy on the bike stopped, and the car was going to go around him, but the bike started doing U-turn like an idiot.
@@siedliko The stupid old guy went to go over double solid yellow lines to pass a bike that was still rolling down the road. The suv was still far enough back to not just honk and continue...
certainly the bikers fault at 7:00
At the 11:39 mark, kids this is how I met your Mom.
that sidemirror under the handlebar is stupid...seriously lmao
shouldn't overtake over solid yellow line?
Pvt R. Long can be meet with civil lawsuits for threatening with arrest, other cop was cool.
8:41 you dont like car weaving in and out of lanes, but because you're on a bike, you can weave in and out, and we're suppose to ignore you!
get off your high horse, you're not entitled to a damn thing
No ones talking about the dude wearing a thong at 14:30 😂
😂
So many of these bikers just need to slow it down a bit and at least 50% of crashes and incidents wouldn’t actually happen, it’s like they forget they have brakes!
Biker
8:07 Why is it always Basketball Americans that drive like this?
6:58 the SUV driver would be at fault. There is a thing called "last clear chance" meaning if there was an accident that could have been avoided, the person with the last chance to avoid it is at fault. That SUV had the chance to slow down when they saw brake lights which they didn't take. Also a motorcycle is entitled to the full lane for operation. The SUV driver needed to look out and a judge would likely see it this way.
That being said, the biker is an idiot for stopping in the road.
7:33 Both sides are at fault. 1) Who stops in the middle of the road instead of pulling off to the side? 2) Why was the driver going over TWO, count them, TWO solid yellow lines?
i think the biker thoght that the car wanted to talk but it is wird he goes to the middel of the road instead of going to the side we dont know what happen but it seems to me the car did some things and the bikers tryed to stop them
No offense to the guy with the malfunction, but you should still wear at least a riding jacket instead of just a shirt it’s always better to be hot and sweaty but safe, than to be cool but unsafe
Biker's an idiot but driver would be Fully At Fault or be Majority At Fault.
Where i live if you rear end someone...its always your fault for inattentive driving. @7:40
At 7 mins , bikers fault all day , should have been far more aware of his surroundings and other road users , very rookie mistake
7:40 both of they’re faults, the biker shouldn’t have done that but the car definitely should’ve gone in the other lane to
Why did the guy with the popped rear tire rev the shit out of his bike?
9:08 "oooo thats a nice bike....and you ruined it"
Ммм помню крыло так сленяло под передние колесо,так я через руль с таким ускорением убежал,как не убился!?
Indeed, it was biker spot for accident
I ride and that was bikers fault.
Man that was some bull right there. We always tell guys looking to stunt and ride like that "find someplace private or on the track". These guys ACTUALLY TAKE THAT ADVICE and they still get heat. I feel for them. They were doing nothing wrong and being responsible for renting a place out to practice and learn. At least the cops recognized that but big adult crybabies like that need to step off
Yet the road was covered in bike tracks?
Bikers fault
Not your sidewalk
9:09 Jack Trades is maybe a new biker? Clutch is the one on the left, muh dood.
3 minutes ago damn.
C atravesó sin ver el tiene la culpa
7:00 Both the biker and car share the blame. The biker had no apparent reason to stop. I assume they wanted to perform a U-turn on double solid lines and didn't conduct a head check before pulling to the left; however, the car should have left a safe stopping distance between them and the biker no matter the reason for stopping, also at 7:06 you can see another biker behind performing a u-turn (least crossing the solid lines). The car avoided them when driving, but it looked like they got mad at the first bike that turned and accelerated in frustration, removing their stopping distance from the next bike. If I had someone do something stupid like turning over solid lines and it appeared they were in a group, I would assume the other group members would do the same and provide ample space for them to do their manoeuvre. As someone who rides bikes and drives professionally for work, I know all road users should be prepared for these situations, regardless of country. If the white car had come to a stop (they had enough distance to do so), they would have lost less than 5 minutes of travel time while the bikes moved to the centre of the road. The car could have stopped or at least tried harder. All you hear before the crash is the horn, no heavy breaking, no tyre screeching.
bikers fault
1st
many bikers act pretty foolish and entitled on public roads, and then have the nerves to rage about being overseen by car drivers...clearly many bikers have never learned about the blindspots on a car and then throw a tantrum if they almost get hit when lanesplitting and passing cars...can only say learn patience and what a blindspot is before your next roadrage...then more often then not it´s at least partially you as a bikers own fault!
I blame driver because it is a double yellow line so je cant ovet take him
