You got on me about Houston during the live feed a few weeks ago. I was out Thanksgiving weekend and came across a deal down the road, a block from where you are, where the new communities are being built not far from there. I couldn't resist the mountain views and farm land.

My Wife and I are building a house right now in Alamar! We have a LandSea house and we got it first phase. There were some delays because of shortages with materials and such but it seems to be rolling now. The very house we have now has already appreciated about 100K since we went under contract! It's a beautiful community and we are really blessed to have gotten our house out there before the prices started going up. This is a great video.

It's not that great lived there for six years I had to have pot holders to touch th steering wheel driving home not a lot of green a lot lot of brown, they treat their animals lol me shit sell pups out of a pickup truck most have parvo sometimes the grass isn't greener

there are a lot of places in AZ that are still (relatively)inexpensive to move to. I always found phoenix one of the least pretty places myself and prefer the view in Tucson for its Mountains but taste vary. Best friend lives in Avondale it is a very nice area but those prices going up are going to hit peoples property tax at some point.

Honestly we don't know what it is because the cost of homes are raising faster than wages. Honestly after awhile only certain people will be able to afford a home, however what goes up must come down what it comes down to still remains to be seen. We can only watch and wait because this is new territory

The Sapphire was $290k in Goodyear before the California Wildfire and COVID-19. I was going to purchase at the time but thought prices were going to drop before everything bad happened.
What a great price on that Avondale property. I enjoyed the tour. Good job! There are homes that sell for double that price, in Peoria. They aren't half the home that the Avondale home is. Again, great price. I was expecting you to say somewhere around 2 mil. or above. Seriously.
Many people talking about "bubbles" and being over priced for the current market are not people who have done their research or speaking from a place of knowledge.
Really nice house, totally unexpected for Avondale. 490 K is not bad in this market but I wish you could have also given the price with all the upgrades included. Once again a truly spectacular review and Thanks Bunches for the knowledge and enlightenment. Good Job !!!
I agree. The pool alone could easily be 20k with rock and landscaping including pavers etc. another 10k minimum (as shown probably a lot more). The built in oven could be 1k and up depending on the quality plus all the other upgraded appliances and countertops. Let's not even talk about the wall and ceiling upgrades, bathroom upgrades etc. 🥴 If anyone knows how much all the bling costs, I'd be curious to know! ETA:I just priced out artificial turf for my home, about the same amount shown here, and the bids were 5k -7k. I wanna be sick. 😳

What do you propose the people moving here live in? Arizona is one of the most progressive, smart states when it comes to water conservation and how we collect run off, etc. Whatever huge problem people think is going to happen isn't going to be as bad as they think it will be.

Super, this is wonderful! But I as a recent retiree have once again been priced out of a reasonable home within Phoenix. I saved and saved but now these homes are 80 to 140k more than their value. I don't want to be house poor. It is sad. Only people who sell their current homes or moving from the sale of a home in Cali. We still don't have the job pay scale for regular folks. I have to move out of Arizona to purchase a home. Remember AC and electricity to be calculated in. Also water is going to be a problem. Foreign investors are causing problems too. Again, I love AZ but I want to enjoy life too. Good luck everyone!
