The fact Drake and Josh survived proves they cannot die, they are immortal.
Not really. radiation has a latent period, as it acts by damaging your DNA. It can take a while for enough cells to use that DNA and cause damage.
This means, for all we know, they could unknowingly be in their last somewhat normal moments before radiation sickness sets in.

@@saigetripletone2673 Not really. A meltdown is simply the fuel inside of the reactor getting too hot and melting. This is what caused the elephant's foot.
What would NOT happen is an immense energy release, as is seen in movies when the term "meltdown" is used.

I wouldn't call it accurate since Chernobyl is in Ukraine and not Russia, and since they use multiple images of the plant from after the sarcophagus was built.

And even though doing that is already pointless you still managed to fail at that, because at the time of the Chernobyl disaster the power plant was in Russia. So one of the things you mentioned is inaccurate as far as inaccuracies go. Which would make you comment about as accurate as the video itself by your standards.
Wouldn’t expect ‘big chungus’ to understand basic world history or the concept of jokes anyway but it’s your arrogance that’s the funny part.

It's the emergency shutdown switch. Under very rare circumstances (i.e. Chernobyl) hitting the AZ-5 button can cause the reactor to undergo a catastrophic chain reaction due to a design flaw in Soviet RBMK reactors.
At least, according to the HBO miniseries.
@@duffthimblespork8371 because of graphite tips on the control rods, since the accident, existing RBMK's were fixed to remove that issue so АЗ-5 is safe to push in the few remaining operational RBMK's. And even before, AЗ-5 could only cause an explosion under really extreme conditions, and if the controls rods were fully removed from the core (control rods should never be fully removed, of course this is what happened at reactor 4 in Chernobyl on April 26th 1986).

What’s funny is the picture of the outside of the plant is the one with the new sarcophagus covering the reactor (built over the original sarcophagus and was only just completed in 2019), which means this takes place after the original Chernobyl disaster and the fall of the Soviet Union (which has now somehow reformed). This essentially means that they caused *ANOTHER* Chernobyl meltdown *OVER 30 YEARS LATER*
