It's nice to see when technicians take a little pride in their work and do a neat job. As you say it helps everyone, the technician, the customer, and maybe most importantly, the person that comes in a year or two down the road to troubleshoot something.
@@DPCTechnology Makes sense, I've not used fortigates much, mostly watchguard but also some pfsense and sophos. The firewall is certainly an area that unifi can develop. Their UDMs would be great if they had the firewall and routing features of more robust offerings. They would really give cisco a run for their money. Even if they started to offer annual licensing options for those firewall features. I'm sure many would hop on full unifi systems.

Do you guys use a cloud key or a computer with the unifi management console installed?
