Victor is such an amazing bassist. The fact that everyone who meets him says he’s super humble, easy to talk to, and not full of himself makes him that much of a greater person in general.
Insane wow this is top notch quality live music.. I play bass live (with lots of mistakes) so that’s why I am spellbound by their talent! I can’t imagine how thick are the callouses in his fingers.. man it’s hard to attack a bass string & produce a tone that way without paying the price 😂 Even my simple slap grooves giving me blisters 😅
I haven't seen him with Corey, yet, I've seen him twice with Bass Extreme ( Steve Bailey & Derico Watson ), Victor live is a must see, saw it and still can't believe it, and the post show interaction with fans is just as awesome !

No tremolo and no foot effects how does he do that. Second part he does bends higher and higher up the neck but that wooshie sound at the start I don't know. Looks like he does it with his mouth but no voice box either. He has his right hand off the bass when you hear it right? So it's not that hand. Other hand is on fretboard doing nothing. Good question. Great ear for detail.
Nice to see that Victor has stuck to his word from Bass Day 98 & has continued trying new ways of playing the modern day bass guitar... Yeah I know , since 1998 , Well I've had many health issues I don't want to go into but from 1998 Bass Day I do remember Victor saying he should've want to & should've tried to play a 5 but I think he said a 6 String Bass Guitar... Any good fellow bassists out there IF Victor did try to play on a 6 String Bass Guitar , as I remember the bassist (unfortunately not the name) of the bassist who was playing on that same bill & after Victor watched & it came to those little few minutes of chatting about what to expect next it was either in via a earlier performance or after he saw the 6 String being played... Much Appreciated IF Anyone Could Help With Regards To This Question!.. .....
