actually easy for any such framed awnings. Simply use two stabilising additional pegs and ropes for each corner pole (you can actually get away with 1 each, and 1 half way between them). You can leave them on for extra stability in high winds, or remove them for less to trip over once its fully up.
Thanks for the video. It would be helpful to show how the central support from the top of the van connects into the centre upright pole. Also, how do you make the awning slide so easily through the track? Did you use a lubricant of some kind?
Hi Rob.... I have a 2007 avan cruiseliner & I use a silicone lubricant spray inside the track prior inserting your awning in the track & it makes life so much easier on insertion... I hope that helps you... R.
@@robbiebob6267 Thanks that's an easy and simple idea, will do 👍. Did the central peak pole provided fit for you? Ours was too short so I've had to pull apart some other poles I had, to mix and match. Thought this strange as it's a brand new awning??
@@robertcoller1192... In regards to your question in regards to awning poles, my cruiseliner poles that was supplied are all fine and doing the job even the center peak support pole... I wonder if your avan wasn't supplied properly with the right poles/supports?? All the best with your endeavors. Ps... Do you know of anyone who has original 2007 avan-cruiseliner center wheel caps/trims for sale?... R.
How does a solo traveller go getting the annex up
Be unable to Julie like a puzzle really

It would be helpful if you described what poles you were putting where? How did you attach those poles? Zoom in!!??
Why do you not show the connection of the centre horizontal pole from the vans high point to the front?
Great been looking for one of these
What happens when a bog wind comes up or a heavy rain?
Is that the setup of the awning not the Annexe?
My annexe attaches to the awning. 🤔

Little misuse of the term Annex. What you are showing is an Awning, an Annex has three walls.
Concessionnaire en France, merci

Occasion en France, cordialement.
