@14:10 you are actually supposed to full the oil up to the top of the treads in the engine, you don't even need the dipstick part. in fact some ppl cut it off as it can break off and ruin the engine and its not needed.
The new build is a beast. Tested on my house. Upgrading from a 2.5 gpm to 4.5 gpm is a big difference. I ordered a cart for the pressure washer tho because I need to move it around. It's very heavy with the engine, pump and fuel
@@kurtisbiggins4594 that's awesome. Yeah I really like this build. I've used it a LOT since I built it. I just did my second oil change and it's still running strong. It is heavy if you have to move it around. Good luck with everything my friend!
Total newbie here curious would this 420 engine (or some of the other 420cc brands engines) also be good if picked a 5 - 5.5 gpm pump (for residential surface cleaning)? I understand the pressure would decrease some but is a 5 - 5.5 a good pump to for the 420 engines or would a higher cc engine be better? And last question these engines you can turn down the pressure as needed yes? I ask because there's some solar panel rotary brushes that recommend no more than 700 pressure , so is it possible to go from low to mid 3000's down to 700? - great how to vid by the way , very clear and to the point showing every step from start to finish , great stuff buddy
I’m interested in building this pressure washer rig. When I follow your link for the engine from Amazon it links to a 79cc 2hp unit. Can you provide additional info so I can find it? Thanks
This engine is very popular. It was sold out for about 2months. I just ordered mine off Amazon. It was 2 left. Even if you go to the company website that make em it's still sold out. The engine you want is sold out.
@@bigdanishhi. all depends on the size of the shaft. most 4-5 gpm are all 1 inch shaft. But some are smaller so just make sure the motor you choose is a 1 inch shaft and the pump is a 1 inch.

@@johnratliff4594 hi. This is a 1 inch shaft; motor and pump. But there are smaller 3/4 inch too. Most 4gpm machines are 1 inch. If you are thinking of using a different motor or pump you just have to compare specs for each product to make sure they are compatible
I built mine using a predator 420cc, I used it for the first time last night for a gas station job and noticed my oil stick was in place but looked like it had leaked oil. Any idea as to why that happened? Also I’m worried it’ll over heat
Hi, Did you ever figure out where the oil was coming from? A brand new engine shouldn't be leaking any oil! Was the oil cap tight? Or Is it maybe coming from the valve cover? Maybe something just needs to be tightened. Hopefully it's something simple.
Very Nice ! Thank You Sir 🙏 Actually, I do have a question, Does it need a bypass hose or something ? Like to let it run when not on the trigger. Thank You Again Sir
Hi, There is a way to do this. You can put an external unloader valve that has the option to allow water to keep flowing through the pump. I actually made a video that might shine some light on this upgrade. Hope it helps ruclips.net/video/_37I3weNFnI/видео.html

Is there an inexpensive 2 wheeled frame cart you might be able to recommend for this build?
The only thing I can think of would be to try searching marketplace for a broken parts pressure washer and just use the frame
What about a 4 wheel gardening pull wagon
