@@laurencebell2737 I also have a Canon SLR, but Canon P feels more efficient in photographing and makes less noise despite the learning curve with a rangefinder. The AE shutter noise seems lagged my concentration on the streets. I also do use my camera dials a fidget tool, both film and digital.
What a great episode. Nazir's personality, thoughtfulness, talent, and Paulie drawing Nazir out and giving him all the opportunities to share what is important to him. Love it.
Damn he has such a good eye. His way with people is so natural and you can tell people immediately feel at ease with his energy. Our politicians could learn a thing or two from him. He’s a walking talking energy drink!
I had no clue how long this was when I clicked on it, about halfway through, I’m like damn this is a pretty long video, but then the end came and I was like damn, thats it? This was soooo good. What a great way to show the positive of the 215.
It never ceases to amaze me how this generation is able to carry this art into the future with such humility and admirable intentions all while keeping a smile doing it. It takes incredible skill to connect with people, even more so with complete strangers and Nazir does it so organically it's impressive to see.
This is a really good walkie talkie. Nazir seems so genuine and loves the situations and people he’s photographing. I hope I run across him in my travels.
Seriously this guy is a girl magnet. He has a great personality and it shows in his photos. His enthusiasm lights up the street and people pick up on his positive vibes.
Watching this was a real delight, thanks for sharing. Always great seeing young photographers being so passionate about what they are doing. His images are wonderful, someone who really understands how to connect to people. Wishing Nazir a bright future as photographer, would love to see a book come out of this.
I hope to run into Nazir. I'm a philly concert photographer, but been wanting to hit the streets as well. Let's Go!!! Great episode Paulie, thanks for coming to The City That Loves You Back.
Needed bruvs energy. Started off with a bad day and the enlightenment I retained from just watching half of the video reminded me how important it is just to enjoy life man. Even when it's "hard" or "bad" try to find the fun in it. This life is not promised!!
wow thank u for introducing me to nazir and his work! really love seeing "smaller" cities being featured because it inspires me to document my own hometown in a more consistent and long term way.
i fucking loved this episode Nazir energy was amazing i dont really like b&w photography that much but his style/vibe was so good i really enjoyed it all
How long will it be before this goes full circle and Paulie B interviews someone amazingly talented who only started street photography after watching his channel?
Love the video! Nazir has some really great photography! I find when I shoot digital, I like to let it rip so that way I can experiment with styles I wouldn't normally use. But with film I am very deliberate with every shot as to make the developing costs worth it
His ability to consistently connect with complete strangers and bring out the life of the moment is the purest gift as a photographer.
100%. The positive attitude attracts more positivity.
He’s so refreshing the complete opposite of Trevor Wisecup

Hi from the uk .Took my first street back in the `60`s. This chap has a great personality and that certainly helps. Enjoyable episode .
Canon P Squad!
Nazir's photos are incredible! Loved this one Paulie. Hope you get the opportunity to cover more places all over the world.
Part of the squad from Seattle and "trying to do a little bit of everything"! Recently acquired a Canon P this year!
Canon P was my first film camera that I purchased and I love it. s/o to Ribsy for the inspo to purchase it!
Im looking to get the canon p for street photography since I find the slr shutter to be too loud

I feel so much what he said about the connection between skateboarding and wanting to make photos in the streets

Young Brother Nazir, you are amazing and fit my description of a KYB = Kool Young Brother. Thanks for sharing your work, enthusiasm and spirit.
wow. back in the day(90's) I used to rock the Nikon F4s with the35mm f2. You stand out for sure with a pro SLR. I really enjoy your videos.
