For example, when speedrunners are grinding runs they don't do a countdown. They just start their timer when they know they need to.
Btw, "top 1 percentile" is a nonsense statement. Percentiles work like "95th percentile" meaning "top 5%". "Top 1 percentile" actually means "in the 99% above the bottom 1%"

Damn, no Undead Bone Shards and very few spooks, opting instead to tank the fall damage. This guy is very confident. And he backs it up with skill.
Bone Shards would be a complete waste of time. Speedrunners are so optimized they don't rely on healing, but instead rely on not taking fatal damage.
