Some tips i learned. . The AC requires a outside unit on the same wall as the inside unit to function. Make sure to always check your pricing....They fluctuate daily...You should be able to raise your price on merchandice and rooms.
Housekeeping you want fresh towels!? Lol there is something about these games that is addictive to watch. So repetative and even maddening, but the false sense of accomplishment is on point. Thank you Diesel, always a pleasurer to bunk at Deeznutz motel.
1. You can raise prices in the computer. Sometimes the default setting will cause you to lose money.
2. You can place furniture in the warehouse, then place it from the item menu like with the toilet paper.
3. You can add toiletries (toothpaste etc) for bonus room prices.

Buy a ladder or stack a bunch of things to jump on to get the suitcase on the roof of the office it’s filled with money… increase the price on the rooms from the computer
When it is time to hire a house keeper u will need to have the washer in the where house as otherwise thay wont work
Maybe shut down the motel when the rooms are occupied like those Vacancy signs in real life...
When the motel is full, they show NO Vacancy
