Sorry for the late reply. It’s 1 inch fibreglass tape that we laminated onto the hull using polyester resin and some black pigment

hi tom i am in the middle of restoring my whisky 16 and looking for the name of that rubber bumper along the rails ... or did you just paint your black rail in ? thanks in advance
