Panama City Beach is one of my favorite places to spend my winter months at. I traveled from New England to the gulf coast hauling a travel trailer and camped all along the coastline there. Fishing, kayaking and hiking are some of the things I love to do there along with the seafood and a cold beer. Thanks for the video.
My home is 1650sft and there is 3 of us and my power bill is $350 a month and I live out on the beach to. With a upgraded ac unit and spray foam insulation think I'm getting robbed over here
I just did a remodel on my house and my contractor was obsessed with getting my house really efficient. I still need to replace my windows on the front of my house and I think I can do a little better.
Moving there in 2 weeks. I’m not even there yet and I’m in about 8k out of pocket, and around another 15k by the time I get settled in the new location. I’d pay double, I feel lucky lol.
You live in Palmetto trace... Association fees, taxes, and Insurance can be draining but I suppose that would be anywhere on a beach. All that doesn't stop blue staters moving down in droves. I lived there for 16 years and it was the traffic on back beach road that made me leave.
@@pcbrealestate I didn't move... I have a home north of pc and had condos where I spent half of my time but sold them.... you know the traffic and I'm sure you probably know since you are near Pier Park.
@@George9436-o3g It looks like they just about have back back beach road ready to open up all they way down to Moylan. So we will see if that helps with the traffic issues.
What is the culture there? Is it old school deep south politics? What is the crime like? Just wondering because thinking about moving there but I have not heard anything good about this part of the state.
@@pcbrealestate I 100% dusagree. I was born and raised in corrupt cop land and left 2 years ago BECAUSE of the corrupt mob runnjng everything into the ground. #fireramie #exposetommyford #nomore14thjudicialtrafficking

That's awesome. Glad you like the area. There is a lot of fun stuff to do here.
You picked the Walmart of Beach towns. Thats awesome.
Home insurance is the killer there. I have two homes there, about $16,000 per year for that alone
Yea, the insurance prices have definitely gone up in the last couple of years.
Thanks!!👍Good info👍
Thank you!

I'm not in Palmetto Trace, I wouldn't want to be in that HOA. Traffic is getting worse for sure. Where did you move to?

Florida, especially 14th judicial area IS corrupt. Don't trust law enforcement there, either. My hometown is a place I left and do not regret it.
I like to say you have to go about 2 hours north to really get into the south. But, it is very conservative here. Crime in PCB isn't really an issue.

Factor in a vehicle, insurance and gas spent SITTING in traffic, the trolley IS NOT a reliable way of transportation.
Yea car insurance isn't cheap in FL.
Panama City is trashy as fuck. Period. I’ve seen needles on the beach.
I can sell you a house on 30A too. 😎😉
