This game was and still is one of my favorites on the SNES, just enough challenge to make you work to beat each level without being too crazy, awesome action in this game. The Stage 5 theme really puts you in the mindset to kick some baddie ass. Also the very first videogame i ever played which showcased vehicular damage, which was incredible when i was growing up! A must play! :D
I played this the other day and got game over on round 5 with the boss of that stage having about 2 hits left, didn't know I was right at the end of the game lol, time to give it another go!
I was confused to why the video was so long when the player was doing so well. Then I saw there was an extra mission. AGDSAFDSFA an extra mission!? I was SURE I did a one-credit run at least once. Do I have to not hit a single car to get that mission? It would make sense seeing as the timer on that mission requires the same to make it on time. In any case, Retroplay is one damn good driver. He didn't get the warning music during the end sequences of the missions even once!
I had this on the Game Boy years ago. I remember there was a secret level where you have to catch a heavily armored car and your weapon to use on it was a boazooka with 2 shots
Chase HQ II is not very good, it could've been far better. That game felt very rough around the edges. Taito was hit and miss on the Genesis, they hit solidly with Saint Sword and Sagaia, but missed horribly with Growl and Chase HQ II.

I still play mine on my SNES!
3:35 - I never knew that Duke Nukem was in this game!
THIS IS NANCY!!
This is a game that my older brother and I had on the SNES when we were little in the 90's, and a few other games
0:45 - ROUND 1
4:11 - ROUND 2
7:58 - ROUND 3
11:49 - ROUND 4
15:41 - ROUND 5
20:24 - HOSPITAL
YO I Remember playing this game since I was 6 or 10 years old. Good times.
Takin me back! Played this game religiously lol. Thanks for the gameplay!
Behold, the power of MODE 7!
Actually I don't think this game uses Mode 7.
@@Dosunceste It doesn't, unless they're talking about the title screen? That does use Mode 7.
This game looks really fun!
Fantastic game!!
i loved it that the driver was a mutant with only two claws in each hand

Fun Fact: this version is based on the third Arcade game "Super Chase: Criminal Termination"
Didn't know that they made a Super Chase HQ for snes. It's awesome!

Underrated game !
The driver seems to get excited every time he runs his vehicle over any enemy vehicle.
sweet sweet memories
Stage 3 Intro = My favorite theme.
judging by the hands thats definitely alf driving
Very good game play, very good game
You're under arrest!!
Doesn't the SNES have scaling and rotation capabilities? Why doesn't the road course do either?
Not every game used those effects, this seemed to use line scrolling, which is pretty effective to make a road appear to move.
Good police work 😂
@AbhiB
My guess is that you have to clear all the stages without continuing.
Underrated game. 👍
This may be nitpicking, but our protagonist's vehicle has no reverse gear. Must be pretty good at parking.
i've seen this b4
Pure leaf
Best snes game
3:26 the guy in the car remind me on duke nukem. XD
but great game! =D
This game was close but far from the truth of how a Police Chase goes down in America.
I had this on the Game Boy years ago. I remember there was a secret level where you have to catch a heavily armored car and your weapon to use on it was a boazooka with 2 shots
隻game勁攪野! 專撞到啲車季低!
Nice music.
That explains a lot.
this game is cool!! 8D

THIS IS NANCY
Yes... is beautiful!
❤
This game pretty hard n fun ;)
flapper play the super nes game chase hq and buying a crystal clear - garry jelly beans
I like the mega drive version better, this version is just plain odd.
This is based off an arcade game, the Genesis one is exclusive to that console, and is not the same game as this one at all.
that siren gets pretty damn annoying
You can't chase in reverse!

I prefer Genesis version of this game.
The Genesis game, and this one, are not the same. This is an arcade port, the Genesis game was a console exclusive game in the Chase HQ series.

I think the genesis version is slightly better than this one.

A very jolly gay game.
This game was so terrible!!! And irritating!!!! HaHaHa
Yes faves colors
This looks bad!
