all unfurnished units looks beautiful. the furnished units was a bit confusing we could not really see the space it was a bit too crowded . The empty units was really cool

Skin care routine noted, will aim to film more! Mostly down to clean diet and proper hydration in my experience but I have some good products too :)

Great Vlog. I’m not sure what you are into but the ability to have your own private BBq grill with your apartment cannot be overstated. I like that those two apartments and views the most.

So nice to see you guys moving to Miami. I started following you because I love Dubai and now you guys live also in Miami. Welcome! I live in Brickell too. Check Rise brickell city centre building. Lower floors facing the mall is super nice and the building is amazing :) very quiet and family oriented. Would love to see in the future a comparison about miami and dubai. I have been to Dubai a lot and I feel that the lifestyle is similar.

Love Miami! I live in Los Angeles, am retired with a house paid off, so I won't be going anywhere. But if I was an attractive young couple like you, I would live in Miami, as there is no better place. The weather, beaches, nightlife, restaurants, and yachts. Also, Miami has all the major sports, with NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA all have teams in Miami. Plus, the great Lionel Messi plays for Miami. What a place and have fun!

1st one seems a bit small for the 2 of you surely a 2 bed would be better for you and a guest or as an office. 2nd was a good size but no view other than other building seems not very good. Make sure you research for safety and local amenities. 3rd wasn't bad but how long will you have to wait to move in? 4th even for a 3 bed felt small. Construction especially is a no for me. You will still hear the noise from that apartment as well. Not much of a viewpoint either. Waiting for tenants to move depends on whether you want to wait or not. See a few more or try another realtor as you have to be comfortable as you know how long you will be living there if you are thinking of staying more than a few months.

You would have thought the apartments would have been tidier, it’s more like they just remembered you were coming to view and grab some clothes and ran out. The one with the building site would eventually block the view. Your so close that you could see into the opposite apartments.

It's not easy finding an apartment - anyone of them has to grab you and say this is the one....I didn't get that exactly personally from what you could show us...but something will be right for you both of course!😀

We thought about that and we’re not against sharing the price we just didn’t want to seem pretentious, we use to spend less than $1,000 on rent, things have changed and we’re in a good position now but don’t want it to come across the wrong way

I guess Dubai is hot as well, but Miami in the summer summer.. eeek. I can understand maybe if you are from London and that climate isn't the sunniest, but you could get sick of it. my brother did.. lol and he said Miami traffic was a nightmare as well.
