Just recently found you guys and absolutely love you already. Your apartment is so beautiful. I love everything about it. I just wanted to mention that if you used a credit card at Target you just need your card to return anything. You don't need a receipt. Cannot wait for more vlogs!!!

Hey Guys, love your taste in furniture, amazing way of using the projector saving you guys not having to buy a tv.
I think another reason the view is so good, is u can seeing all those luxury boats and yacht go by - having a boat would so nice - we both want that.
I can’t wait see you vlog a CHEESECAKE FACTORY dinner, as I love the ones you vlogged in Dubai, as I also went to the Cheesecake Factory in Dubai.

GUYS WELCOME TO FLORIDA, FOR YOUR LOUNGE CHAIRS PLACEING AT THAT END YOU NEED TO HAVE THEM PLACE AT OPPOSITE ANGLE.....the piece near to the windows need to be at the inner most side......then pull away from the wall put a side table behind. You dinning table will look good close to the kitchen area. I love your apartment. Cheers 🎉

I’m an elderly lady but I enjoy following people of all ages. It makes me smile to see young people being so conscientious with finances. I’m similar in that I am an equal opportunity shopper, anything from Target to Ethan Allen ❤! You share what you want, you’re entitled to privacy, just like the rest of us!
Target might take the bin back even without a receipt; go to customer service. But to avoid this in the future, You can sign up for a target account online and you don't need to have receipts (like when you have a broken bin) because everything will be shown on the online account. You will also receipt points and store cards.
Was about to comment the same. Target definitely will take the return as long as you have the card used during purchasing.
congratulations on your move to the US. Been following you for 4 years. You are genuine business people and a sweet couple. Some folks will be unkind. Try not to let it bother you. Life is for living and you guys should to fullest. I know youtube makes it seem like you must get a grade. But the fact that you’re so real is most important. I think because I’m a grandma I get protective of young people that appear nice and are living their dream. Keep doing you.

One of the best things about being a tenant is that the appliances aren’t your problem. Call the bldg manager and have them correct the problem.
When you get a car, you should drive up and down the coast on A1A from South Beach to West Palm Beach. See the nice homes and scenic areas.
Would you consider turning the couch around (so the back is parallel to the kitchen) so you can look at that beautiful view?

@@di4085❤The chaise bit of the couch would still face the wall to watch the projector. Could then put a dining table behind couch to create a divide without need for kitchen island/bar. Where couch is now also means you sit with your back against balcony side door which is bad feng shui . Sometimes you need to live in a place for a bit to see what works best for you. It’s such a beautiful view

Thankyou for showing us around your fabulous apartment, there certainly is enough room for you both and visitors. Put a table and chairs where you would put an island, or have an island with your table and chairs on the end, it's long enough, then rearrange your sofa. xxx

I don't know if you guys ever heard of organic laundry strips that have been popular the past few years. You can find them at the grocery stores or in a health food store. Just a small lightweight package that is more convenient than lugging laundry detergent.

Apartment looks amazing, i love the details, that sofa with the table and the carpet perfect combo. Lamp design is very unique, and the big plants are must for such a big place. Imagine waking up every morning stretching your body and have this wide open gorgeous view. This place has a a lot of potential. I see good and successful people that work for they money and i am happy for you guys. I enjoy every video. Watch the UK edition as well.

You don’t need the receipt from target. If you paid with your credit card that’s all you need to return the bin. 😊
Have you tried positioning the sofa the way around? You will have a better open view from the windows and the whole room will be open. Just place it close to the wall and move the projector on a side next to the sofa and watch movies on the wall next to the kitchen cabinets. Just a try, maybe it’ll work better. Cheers!

Something that I would consider would be a small high top breakfast bar up against the living room windows that you could sit at looking out over Biscayne Bay. Are you considering a kitchen island as well? I've seen many nightly Live tours in this area mostly in Brickell. Colorful and stunning high rises lit up at night. Very beautiful apartment and area. There is also a food court that has various restaurants in the area as well. In South Beach there is a street called Espanola Way that has restaurants. 💜

Been nice to be on the beach front but bet that’s very expensive to Rent. Will Miami Remain your home? Or will you move to where your job takes you both? I tried to negotiate a price for my rent by paying upfront for a year and it was a no go unfortunately. My rent goes up 5% every year which is quite high for my basic rent. You did well a few little more things table and chairs and night stand but otherwise love all the things you chose well done maybe some prints with greenery on it like landscape. Well done you two :) make sure you figure out your plant water schedule there are things you can put in place to self water as well. Get your landlord to send a technician to fix the coffee maker as you paid up is their turn to fix any issues. Will you rent a separate office if you decide to buy any properties to fix up and rent? I assume you have a team there helping you navigate Miami :) Ask Craig David I heard he has a home in Miami ;) he's on tour atm so maybe his family could show you around if he does. Pharrell Williams, Matt Damon I think. Get a hold of Vogue or Vanity Fair they could do an interview with you two about the channel and your recent move might open some doors there :) Miami Living and New Times, shoot magazine wherever you can :) maybe enlist a local PA business to help you with spreading the word about LH expansion.

You need to call the maintenance for your building. If you are renting they will repair for you.( the coffee machine) Your rent is based on the extras that are included in the apartment.
