Omg I'm so jelly of all ur appliances!! Lol I'm in love with my instant pot and air fryer I barely use my stove and haven't used my oven in like two years. Unfortunately I don't have the room to store all those things. In my pantry I already have multiple multiple air fryers if I could fit ten more I totally would
I made a top round roast today it was around 3 lbs...i put it in for 60 mins then let it just naturally release and sit in the instant pot all day. I never opened it until I was ready to prepare gravy and the rest of dinner. It prob sat in the pot for 8 hours. It was so tender and delish!
Thank you sir. I can't wait to try this in my pressure cooker. I normally cook mine in a crockpot, but can't control the doneness as I would like. Only wish was to see how you made your gravy.
I almost cried when you put it back in. 144 degrees was already overcooked! If you don’t like medium or less then stay away from beef because it gets so tough when cooked well. But I do like the seasoning you used and if I were making it I would have just stopped at 35 minutes instead of 45. Oh well everyone is different I guess.
That was fancy for the lid :) interesting feature ! This roast looks delicious !! This has so many different features and displays. Making me hungry..yum !
Hey Doug, I really like the new lid design (opening and locking) of this Cosori 8 qt. PC. This is a first! From what I can see in your video, it appears that the lid can be removed for cleaning. You'll figure it out I'm sure. Another nice feature I saw in your vid was the design of the condensation collection cup which seems to be recessed into the unit, unlike others and doesn't stick out from the back. Never saw that before. Very nice. Unfortunately, I bought the 8 qt. IP Ultra about 3 or 4 weeks ago on Amazon because I had a $20 coupon. I really do like it although it's still a little pricey. Had I seen this one sooner, I probably would have purchased it before the IP 8 Ultra. Any who, good luck with your new Cosori 8 PC and keep up the good cooking too man.

I see a hockey puck. Not done well, but well done. 180 degrees is aggggghhh. I cook mine for 6 minutes.

Holy smokes this guy uses a lot of kitchen gadgets.
That beef looks tough as hell.

I would put the Wise PC outside with your grill. The Cosori is nicer the the Wise. The Cosori is prettier than the IPot. Thanks for the Vlog.
holy crap
looks like dry pork
Looks tough and overdone to me.
I cannot purchase this 8QT In the UK.
Shit look like prison food. Sunday rollllll call
Ok since u know all about it, rise & shine 🤣😅
It's not tender because you overcooked it...
It looks a little dry. And a bit over cooked
