Hello did you use any product while washing after dyeing?
Hello 😊 because I pre-treat the fabric with aluminium acetate, I don't need to use any fixing product after dying. this process is called mordant the fabric, If you want to know more, please check my blog post: www.casacaribe.art/post/how-to-mordant-cellulose-fibres-for-natural-dye.
After dying I wash the fabric with neutral soap.
Can these be dried flowers? Or have to be fresh to work?
Hi 😊 you ca use both, it also works with dried flowers
Valoro la capacidad que tiene para cultivar su jardín y hacer uso de el en los diferentes procesos de tintura de las telas.
Muchas gracias 💚 un abrazo!
I'm also interesting this.
Can I know the name of the plastic bag that you used?
Thanks 😊 the plastic bag is called punched pocket, but you can use anyother plastic bag, the idea is to create a mask so that the colour don't bleed.
Thanks a lot.
Have a great day.
