When I tried to push forward on my own, I sank lower and lower.
When I relaxed and gently let nature take its course,
I felt light.　Then, indescribable peace filled my heart.
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
