This painting took about 10 hours in real time. I had a hard time with the rabbit. I kept re-drawing it over and over, thinking about what style it should be, and what expression it would have while sleeping. In the end, I decided to simply redraw it and let the viewer imagine the expression on the face.
この絵は実時間で約10時間かかりました。うさぎにてこずりました。どんなスタイルにしようかな、表情で寝ているんだろう、そう考えながら、何度も描きなおしました。最後はシンプルに描きかえ、見ている人にその表情を想像してもらおうと決めました。
