I love how you show the progression of the layers! A lot of the time I want to just cover the whole sheet and fill in details after, but I like the way you did it in little sections in this video

I have not yet learned how to manipulate watercolour the way you just did and I’ve been learning how to manipulate and utilise squash so you’re teaching me how to be a better artist for either medium. Thank you so much for taking the time and for letting us see how you mix the colours the sketch Whether or not you lift the lines before you paint and all the things all the rest I just love this one this was so beautiful. I love the colours. It was just Windsor in Newton. That’s amazing that vibrant and beautiful I loved your hanging planter, I know that’s random, but I love the way you did the black on there and how it looked granulated, in places I’ve made look like that if I water it down as much as you water down watercolour I’ve noticed that I can kind of make it a great but if I water it down too much, it almost disappears on a white page so I just love all the effects. I can get medium, thank you

It’s captivating and joyful to watch the depth in that grass develop. Each stroke feels so simple, but the end product has such daunting texture to it. It’s such a beautiful picture, and makes me want to paint.
