Last Will in the OCG also didn't have any explicit once per turns, it was part of a Cannon Soldier FTK that devastated the format because initially it wasn't clear the effect could only be used once so people would continually summon Witch and Sangan and tribute them off with Cannon Soldier. It also had this problem in the very early days in the TCG, because the original printing of Last Will is so badly written. Back just about as UDE was starting to extend official tournament support in the Pre-Season (Metal Raiders) day, you can see tournament reports by players who simply went to their local game store and played a tournament who lost to Last Will combo decks because no one knew how the card worked.
That's not the only time Cimo abuses his lack of knowledge of Yugioh to win this match. You guys wanna talk about Last Will, look up its original Japanese errata. Cimo talked about it a bit, but its original print didn't specify that it was once per turn, so you could just cycle Sangan-Witch-Sangan-Witch-Sangan and get Exodia.
What am I missing? In game two when cimo noblemans the scarab MBT send the Medusa worm to grave too and then sangan attacks directly. Why did the Medusa worm go to grave?
Last Will was even MORE broken on release in Japan than how Cimo describes it. It was worded in such a vague way that you could EVERY time a monster was sent to the graveyard on the turn you activate Last Will you could summon a monster. So with a single Last Will and a single Cannon Soldier you could infinite loop your way into either burning your opponent to death or sending Sangans and Witches to search out Exodia.
MBT mentioned it, but yes Last Will doesn’t work the same way in Goat Format as it does post-the TP reprint in Nov 2005. You need to activate Last Will BEFORE your monster leaves the field at this time, so Cimo would’ve had to activate it before he tribute summons for Mobius. This is why Last Will didn’t see a lot of play historically before Nov 2005.
I used to pilot a really fun PAC-MAN Zombie list a long time ago. I lost count of the number of activations I got of one Des Lacooda the one game. There’s nothing more satisfying than continuously munching noobs 🥰

Love seeing how old rescue cat works since I just recently got Tri-Brigade Melffy with 3 rescue lmao
The jank of my era. Got to love it.
You guys wanna talk about Last Will, look up its original Japanese errata. Cimo talked about it a bit, but its original print didn't specify that it was once per turn, so you could just cycle Sangan-Witch-Sangan-Witch-Sangan and get Exodia.
Ayyyy! Patreon squad stand up!
i love the evolution of the patreon names at the end
What am I missing? In game two when cimo noblemans the scarab MBT send the Medusa worm to grave too and then sangan attacks directly. Why did the Medusa worm go to grave?
The screen on the rock paper scissors generator only flashed 4 times.
There’s nothing more satisfying than continuously munching noobs 🥰
wow i was so sad that there wasn't a series, but then I went on youtube and saw this yay!
25:14 well Joseph despite of that you made a a believer of P.A.C.M.A.N
So really quick game 2 when cimo noced his scarabs why did he send medusa worm to the grave as well? I dont think it woulda mattered tho but still
My guy Cimo filling my week up like cable
Forgot there's now a Tuesday series.. thank you notifications 👌
If Joseph's sleeves had been sandy marton's face I would have actually died of laughter
I remember somebody in high school pulling out the Pac-Man deck, this was during XYZ era so decks had a natural way around the gravity bind, still frustrating to fight though.
think it would be cool to see jank being played vs meta cause thats when jank shines most
