Another beautiful bird painting! The close ups and keeping the reference photo in view is so extremely helpful. You are a great teacher! I also appreciate that you talk about the order of painting and there is no right or wrong way. I know there are fundamental steps you have to follow but it’s nice to hear that you can deviate. Thank you for being so open about the process. I won’t give up so easily now. 😊
I love your paint instrumentation. It has helped me a great deal. But I am not as good at sketching. If you could share your sketches I know it would help me a great deal. 💕
I'm a newbie (& bit of a control freak) with long term appreciation for watercolor and its spontaneity. Thank you for your explanation of lost edges. I love the look, but didn't know where to place them or how. Very helpful tutorial.
