have a look at the bottom end of each bolt, then think of what is holding the bolt after concrete pouring. That pipe you see here, is 50mm dia. this will give the bolts enough play when installing the column, this allowance is for keeping in check the alignment of columns on each column bases. @@MauriceDimba So you used a 50 hollow tube and the anchor bolt is about 20 mm, this leaves about 15 mm all around the sides of the bolt to grout. What kind of grout do you use to make sure it flows all the way down to the bottom of the grout? How do you get the grout in there, as each lower nut seems to cover the openings?
@@romantrembakov4625 Как раз умно, поди, белые европейцы научили - болты всё равно только на растяжение работают, и не нужны большие дыры с квадратными шайбами - болт можно немного наклонить, чтобы попасть в минимальное отверстие в опорной пластине.
@@hrjulya Я понимаю, но тогда с низу, в бетоне, должен быть ПОДВИЖНЫЙ шарнирный узел.. А так- они просто там висят в воздухе, как сосиски на веревочке подвешенные.. В итоге не болты держут колонну, а колонно просто прикручена к болтам.)))
