Thank you so much ❤ It was an incredible meditation. The Yew Tree stepped forward to support my grounding, and I saw its light connecting the lands, turning them into an enchanting ancient forest filled with beautiful pink flowers and fairies. As I walked in, they welcomed me back. My guide, with a light blue frequency, told me he's the guardian of the forest. I absolutely love the forest. It feels magical 💖🌈

My guardian was a big Mantis being on my right hand side. His name is Bok. Whoa!
Very interesting we both experienced mantis energy!! Do you have previous experience with them? I had a dream years ago about two large mantis beings, who were pink/blue/purple in color. I have been thinking about that dream a lot lately. Would love to hear your stories if you have any

In the meditation as I walked out my front door, i began running down the path. In my sprint I began to grow very large and armor was appearing around my arms, chest and legs, until I lifted off. Flying above the trees, grazing my fingers through the texture of the tree tops. In moments I would touch back down on the path then jump right back up. I realzied after Nancy mention our guides were already with us, I could feel my guide flying along side me, until we were flying together like a dance and my heart became so full and my body began to buzz and felt wieghted and heavy, in a soothing comforting way. This being shared she is a vitrue and that we have a lot of work to do together and their energy was so excited to be acknowledge by me, surprisingly super talkative. When walking back into my house she followed right along and as I came back to my body she was with me all along on my left side, right next to my dragon guide.

I'm doing great today - it's a gorgeous cool day in WI and I started the day with a neighborhood bike ride. I'm now eating a lunch mostly picked yesterday at the farm next door. Working on staying on my eagle's perch and being grateful for this moment.
I loved "The Hobbit"! I read it the same year I read the books in the Narnia Chronicles, another favorite. As a Sag, I love adventure stories with a spiritual understory.

I was feeling quite lonely and this has really helped.
Hanging in there but this is a profound moment for all of us and it is playing out on the world stage, in our communities and in our personal lives.
I am determined to keep helping people to reach their potential and improve my ways of doing this.
Sometimes the doubt creeps in, and I wonder if I have the right skills to reach all the people I need to reach.
Sometimes I am so tired. Transformation within and without needs rest. And your meditations really help. Happy Full Moon to you and to everyone .
Oh and also - I met my Oriental Spirit Guide in the woods, and then the fox that lives there popped up to say hello too!

Ya know what? This Meditation is such a delight. Its 3:30 am, Aug. 18. So much is happening that could be scary, yet I'm going on an adventure knowing I'm protected and loved .. and all is gonna be great. 😊 Lovely. Grateful. Blessings to you and yours.

I always connect through your meditations!! ❤ I connected with a Hawaiian tree guardian or tree spirit - a man in his like…30’s and angel Raphael came through in my automatic writing at the point you were having us turn to see who walked beside us (on my right, very warm masculine but also feminine energy) 🙏🏼
I finally got back to this meditation. I was interrupted twice before. In this meditation my Dragon walked along with me. This was the first time I actually saw a Dragon and felt its great protective force. It actually extended one of its wings behind me (like a human would put her arm around me - but this was one BIG wing) to show its strong intention to protect me. I also felt there was another Being somewhere behind (or above) us, but I couldn't see or feel it clearly. It may have had wings, too. I take to "Heart" that this Dragon is now with me continually. How wonderful and comforting. I have felt for a while that at least 1 dragon was around me sometimes but was never sure. Now, I take comfort in knowing it is so. I hope to get back to this meditation soon to see if I can know more about the other Entity I felt but could not see. Thank you for this. Truly wonderful. Your Bilbo Baggins story-telling made it that much more magical. Namaste

Fab! Thank you, so interesting. l live in a forest here in Northern Ireland with a chambered cairn of Queen Anie (Queen of the Fae) on top of hill (The Hill of Knockmany) and l've been(?) an Elf here. So my guide showed up as a beautiful male Elf in green light, bow and arrow included. He was holding my raised hand, walking along side of me, very protective respectful mature a warrior very excited. An ancestor. Can't wait! l'm in my 60''s so sort of thought not much else would happen. I loved the idea of an elixir, as l grow herbs and make concoctions!!!!
I am happy that my life has always been uncertain and even though I now live more isolated than usual and surrounded by nature, my only desire has always been to be loving and to give love, for the rest nothing has ever been more important, least of all money. , so welcome what comes
I was in my vision boards and a white granny cam, and I fell through my body, the pulsation to my head and did the meditation and the figure of eight and I felt my heart I’m gonna do this again because this is so much fun

Hi from Jennifer G - I am part of PM1 and also one of the winners of the Solstice personal readings - I mentioned on the day of the reading that I had St Germain an ascended Master come in during a healing session I was having the week before the reading. Now this video has put it into perspective a little more on why - I was a little gobsmacked at the time the healer told me. I is not as clear as I would like it but I hope it opens up more soon. I have to put my fears aside to learn to trust as it is all quite vague at this point, I did not see anything or get any info during this meditation but the lady said he was with me for the rest of ?? can't remember everything she said.
Very interesting. Thank you so much for this adventure! I more clearly got familiar with a new specialty guardian that I thought was my regular guardian but now I see they are different. This new one called themselves my Blue Angel. I couldn’t feel them so well but (he) told me he is assigned and honored to be helping me into higher realms/clearer waters and as a move into a clearer space we will become more aligned and this is when I will feel his/their being more tangibly. Their “job” is to assist me to move to their vibration not to move closer to mine. I also feel my main guide will be moving with me into new territory. My main guide was always on my right and he moved to my left very close by my side so we take this journey together and Blue Angel has taken his position on my right. As with many things it will likely be harder than I can imagine but I know I have prepared and I am ready and I know Blue Angel and his collective are taking care of me. I can hear their guidance pretty clearly and I am so very very grateful!! I know this is the journey of elevating the physical body as my higher aspect is already very clear and in a high realm. Bless us All for saying yes to this journey into new uncharted territory. I love you All! ❤️💜❤️
Dear Nancy, that was such a valuable, awesome meditations, one of the deepest I've felt in a long time. In past 2 days prior to tonight (4.30am New Zealand) I have been feeling my guides and the presence of an ascended Master. This feeling or knowing will stay with me now. Thank you. Thank you Nancy!!! Feels like I've been on an adventure non stop haha a new one is most welcome. During the meditation I found myself walking amongst red rose bushes at night under a full moon. The colors together were gorgeous and I was wearing a white lace dress. I've been getting hints lately that I have a mantis being around me, maybe that's my new guide
I have 0 desire to go on an adventure. It took me a long time to find my peace. Good luck everyone. I'm staying put.

I find these guided visualisations (because it’s not meditation surely, it’s visualisation) to find one’s spirit guide never work for me. I sometimes wish they did. It might be kind of fun.
But it makes no sense to me that there are all these different kinds of angels because it seems to be just a concession to our conditioning, both religious and in terms of the illusion of the ‘separate self’. If consciousness is all one consciousness, then why create all these divisions and ideas of separate parts of it? I can find no boundaries in those realms.
I’ve always felt I was being guided by the life force of the Earth. But I don’t know that’s what it is. That’s just how it seems to me. It speaks to me through trees mostly … or at least when I’m in the company of trees because I don’t know ‘what’ is informing me. All I know is that information arrives. I ask a question and the answer is instantly there in my head, complete with an extraordinarily detailed contextual knowledge around the answer.
So with this visualisation, I was just walking in the most beautiful temperate deciduous forest on a path alongside a stream with dappled sunlight coming through the leaves. I was in the company of all manner of animals, birds and insects just frolicking around me with no fear along with the plants and trees all vibrant with life. No human or angel-like figures. There never are.
How wonderful to be at the back of the line helping others.
So mine was Lady Nada, then the word Hermes. I had to research the second one, and wow. A Greek God!
Its not Bilbo but Frodo who got the task to bring the ring that Bilbo found and was getting addicted to, the Ring of Binding all in the Power of Sauron, to the Mount Doom, to burn it in that fire, the story asks of him every thing he has in him, but he has different guides and help. The story is highly significant as a journey that is transformational.

My guide is very large and is made of golden light. 'He' because it is definately a masculine type energy is very protective and shares with me that I am protected, I am safe. He has a very impressive sword, he keeps the tip pointed downwards into the earth to show he means no harm but it is obvious to me that he is fearless and would cut away anything that does not serve my highest good.
I hear the name Michael...but that is my brothers name so I am not sure. I wonder if its arc angel Michael? If I ask why would an arcangel want to be my guide, the answer is because I must stand strong and fearlessly. His light is merged with my own.
