Yes! Binaural beats really help me to focus. They are called binaural because there are two tones playing approximately a semi-tone apart. There different frequencies that can help you do different things i.e. sleep, focus, etc.

Just gotta say you are killing it Omar! So glad you started this on side from TM. I always love Myron but a key thing about this interview - no background music! Ths really helped with focus and really getting information ingrained in me. I'm sure you did it on purpose or maybe testing no bg music - my opinion is keep it! if the content is at the right level like this then it is better to not have bg music. The lack of BG music locked me in to catch everything and I plan to re-watch and take notes.
Hey Omar, great interview! I have one feedback thought, meant in the most positive way I'll share here at the end. I discovered Mr. Golden through your video on Think Media channel about a month ago. I've been binge watching his channel since. Thank you. Now for the feedback. I watched the entire interview. One aspect that I found distracting and a little annoying was the multiple times you have the ad breaks. Having watched Mr. Golden's videos, some of which are an hour long, he has some in his, maybe a couple, but nowhere near what is in this video. I get it. It brings in ad revenue. But I think this was overboard. Just a thought from a single viewer. Thanks again!

1 of the reason people want microwave results is because it’s being offered by many of the big time coaches. Lol ! A lot of them are offering to show you how to make 1 million dollars in the next 90 days without xyz point of pain. Now people think this is normal. I’m glad Myron made it clear that it took him 14 years.

I love Myron's work I listen to him all the time. Also you are right Omar the Binaural Beats was a big take for me in this video. I have been using them and they work.
