Do as many days God puts on your heart. This matter is spiritual and requires spiritual intervention. I fasted for 21 days on just fruit and water and God delivered me. This is a warfare. Don't be afraid or allow the devil to keep you bound. This sin is dangerous.

Food, TV, music, anything that could defile your spirit on your fast. Pray and digest the word daily, hourly if you could! It is a blessing and it works! Especially for things that seem impossible xx
