I’m still enjoying the videos the 2nd time around. I can’t imagine walking 800km and then deciding to keep going another 3 days. You are both machines! Great drone work Jim. It gives us a great sense of the surrounding landscape. My wife and I talked briefly the other night about possibly going to Spain this July….but the next day reality kicked in. It’s not ruled out completely for this summer…but doubtful. The Camino may have to wait until Spring 2023 as we figured. 🇨🇦
Hi Deacon Do it … we are in monkey Mia at the moment. I will send you a list of reasons to do it when we get back… in fact I may even do a video Sorry Deacon miss read your msg( out at dinner with a few beers under the belt) I think I may have mentioned in one of your previous comments, we too are looking at getting back in 23 also Now is life in Canada, has COVID run its race ? We hope so Buen Camino And thanks again for such positive feedback Buen Camino
Very nice part of the camino. Haven’t seen yet this part that good. Thanks for that. For you it must been a nice memory, for us it will maybe have a delay this year!! But we stay hopefull for september :-).
You guys are amazing!! Day 28 and another 31kms!! No rest days! You are both really fit! How tired were you at this point? How tired were you at the end?? It does look like a beautiful walk! Was it very mountainous? Good on you both!! The Eucalyptus trees, particularly in the Galacia region, intrigued us as well!! I hope you are both staying safe at the moment! Hilary
Hi Hilary We actually weren't tired at all and because we have always walked and spent the last month doing it every day ,at the end we missed the walking,(your body gets used to it I suppose ) The track out of Santiago was a bit hilly but not too bad and very beautiful. When did you walk ? Stay safe Jim and De
Hi We never really were free of blisters. The remnant of the old ones lived on and new less severe ones appeared. It still was a problem but our management of them improved as time went on. Still it didn't detract from our Camino ,in fact its probably a traditional part of the Camino Stay Safe Jim and De

The gifts that just keep on giving....Jim & De! Question: At what point walking on the Camino were you finally free of blisters?
