Cool video but my question is why this head need a 3 angle cut at 7500 miles? What was the symptoms or this was a blown engine and the head was used only to make a educational video, explain please because at those miles and a bullet proof Honda engine normally still new. Thanks

Supose to put oil on your valve seat before cutting.
Absolutely not recommended by Neway. Grab the tool manual and check it out. Surprised when I learned it directly from them...They actually recommend water.

I hope that's not a high compression cylinder with titanium valves cuz I wouldn't cut it that way. CNC machine all day long
Ive cut MANY modern motocross motor heads this way that use TI valves(No lapping) and never a issue! People that say it cant be done are full of shit and either never done valve seats or just want to justify a $30k+ machine. The dedicated machine is faster and easier but with practice a Neway setup can be just as accurate and give fantastic concentric and finished seats. There is also 3 angle cut insert's that can be used with the Neway.
This looks expensive.
