Thank you for putting a build out there that doesn’t have Uber uniques for every slot. Still don’t have axial conduct even though I’m level 97 but this build is nicer to go for, for some who don’t have time to grind.
I am unsure if starless is actually BIS for chain lightning. The real resource cost is from Axial Conduit, and that does not get reduced by starless. But I guess: get offhand for the extra aspect slot, Starlight on the amulet, splintering on gloves, lightning rod on mainhand, storm swell on off-hand. That or just fully skip storm swell And go 2h.
I have an adaptation of this build...and oh boy, I just hit 430,000 attack damage through various multipliers today. It MELTS. That being said, Storm Swell Aspect is currently BUGGED. If you use that aspect in conjunction with Mystical Ice Armor, you get 3X the bonus damage! ABUSE IT WHILE YOU CAN, lmao.
@@KingKron I made some other skill tree changes. Most notably, I took Destructive Chain Lightning for the massive amount of crackling energies to synergize with the lightning spear enchantment AND invigoration conduit (to address the mana issues). The lightning spear enchantment gives me upwards of 10-12 conjuration mastery stacks (massive damage increase). I'm rerolling my amulet soon to try and get +7 to conjuration mastery....if that happens, oh baby.
do you think temper other element attack on weapon or offhand and gain x15% extra dmg from Tal ring could be better than cast CL twice? or may be temper cast another lightning spear?
Only if you already have a high % double cast from GA pants and weapon... Double cast is kind of 2x dmg, so 15% double cast is 15% damage, and you get more than 15% from focus
did they change the starlight aspect? , i thought that we only get the mana when we really heal , not overheal , so i thought that i need to get hit and heal to get the mana from the starlight aspect .
A big mistake a lot of people make is focusing on the pure damage and not the crit chance and crit damage those are the real decider of how powerful you are.

Hi, love the Starlight aspect suggestion - curious about lack of Unbroken Tether Aspect, does Axial Conduit lessen the need for that?
Technically it increases the time for an explosion (big damage) to happen and we don't get additional mana from it anymore

Yes indeed. Even though you're full health it still gets converted into mana
So the t6 clear is with the gear you've shown - just lvl 4 masterworking and no ubers? There could be hope for t7 with full masterwork? :S
Yeah for sure. You need to work on your survivability so might need to switch Lightning spear, unstable currents or iceblades for fireshield

Yes it will register as if you cast CL twice for the price of one. Meaning the count will go up by 2.

It might not be fully intentional, but I tested it and it worked better than recharging

You're wrong about putting stom swell on gloves and lightning rod on staff. Storm swell is bugged rn and is the strongest on staff, not lightning rod.

@@KingKron the storm swell multiplier double dips when you have ice armor active. It triple dips if you have mystical ice armor

Attack power is usually from % damage which is not really that good. Did you follow everything from the build?
