Good job with this review! I own a CX-70 PHEV Premium trim in Melting Copper Metallic; to get that new-for-‘25 exterior color with anything besides a black leather interior required me to special-order one from Japan! (My interior is the light “Greige” color of GREy+beIGE leather, without Alcantara trim or Nappa surfaces.) Here are the things you got exactly correct that no other YT reviewer got right: the Premium trim package includes HUD, Bose audio, a spare tire under the cargo area, tri-zone climate control, and panoramic (pop-‘n’-slide w/sliding shade) moonroof. To get the 3-level heated rear seats or the ventilated front seats, folding and auto-dimming ext. mirrors, or the full 360-degree cameras, you’ll have to upgrade to the top-tier Premium Plus package. All of those things are spot on!
Why did Mazda not Include a Power Adjustable Steering Wheel? Once you have a feature like that, it is a bigger factor than first thought. Moreover, No Remote Start on the FOB? On My 22 MDX, those features are great - the Auto Entry and Auto Exit which works in the Memory seating /mirrors is so much appreciated. Aside from the misgivings stated, the CX-70 (both the PHEV and the Turbo S [which is probably my choice]) is well stocked SUV. I would need tto considerably more Homework on the PHEV...
Mazda's pulsing signals need to stop, they do not look good. Mazda could stand to redesign this as it looks very awkward on the exterior and not the best on the inside.
Well done. I purchased a 2025 CX-70 PHEV last month. Excellent vehicle. Upgraded from a CX-9 GT. Mazda is on a roll.
I love Mazda!!!!!! 0:35
I really appreciate the atmosphere the listener bathes in when listening to your reviews: information and relaxation. Great combo.
The exterior color is beautiful and so is the interior color but they don’t go together 😂
And boy, do I agree with that! I paired Melting Copper Metallic with the Greige leather interior.
Agree, they do not go together. Good point
You can set the charge level after you press the button, so effectively hold the battery at the current % or change it to a set level to charge to

At this junctor, I "think" I would be going for the Turbo S model. This is a thorough Review and the Night Driving is a great aspect to the review.
