    Adler's idea that "lifestyle" - our generalized pattern of responses - consists of our interpretation of events is right out of the Stoic school and 100% the DNA of CBT. I'd remove that question mark after the word CBT 😀. Great video.

    Can you tell me where "the question" is referenced for adler using? Because my textbook didn't mention it for his theory, which now that I read more about individual therapy I sadly am not suprised to see the lack of credit to him

    Did not Albert Ellis build on Adler?
