The one change I would make is putting Arteta in C and either Rodgers or Lage in B. In Arteta’s case, just because he’s having a good season now, it shouldn’t disguise the fact that he finished 8th or something for the past 2 seasons in a row. I get that it was in a rebuilding phase, but Arsenal shouldn’t be finishing outside the top 7 in any circumstance. People shouldn’t forget that before this season most people would’ve put him in the bottom 2 categories. Rodgers is a bit of the opposite, in that, one bad season shouldn’t hide the fantastic work he did with Leicester in the past couple seasons and overall I would still definitely take Rodgers over Arteta if I had the choice. I realize this comment is kind of just disgracing Arteta a bit, so let me just say he deserves a lot of credit for this season, but overall I don’t think he’s a better manager than Rodgers.

I'm really impressed with Eddie Howe, he's the real deal for me, not just for what he's doing at Newcastle but I don't think there's a manager on that list who's taken a club the size of Bournemouth from non League to the Premier League, and kept them there for a number of seasons with a great style of play.

Ralph is incredible but I would swap him with Gerrard maybe because of recent results, I would have Sean Dyche in D because honestly, he has done incredible job making Burnley staying up with very limited resources, but who has he actually improve as a coach in his team, I can't honestly say anyone in his team has the potential to improve more than they already are, I remember at one point Mcneil is so talented and everyone talking about him, has he improve since then?
