1. 4x(25+50)=300 or 4x50+100=300 2. (75+3)x50/25=156 3. LNAFP: (8x10+1)x(3+8)=891 or (75+3x8)x(1+8)=891 4. (3+3)x8x9+2=434 or (2x3x9+8)x(10-3)=62x7=434
Pretty sure Colin made a mistake in the rules? At 4:25 graham says hey got 892 *not written down* . Even though Adam has 891 graham should still be made to say his first just incase Adam notices he messed up when saying his answer (or maybe the editor cut that bit out)
Lol Rachel offended by 300 😂
lol 50x4+100
Of course, 7 - 4 = 3, x 100 = 300 #
She should open up a can of lager and take a pull as to say "I can't be arsed..."
@@garyrasberryjr.552 She does on Catsdown!
I kind of feel with rounds like that, Colin should ask before they even start, "Does everyone have it? Do we need to play this round?"
Imagine your gameplan is to practise solving "three large, three little" over and over, and then you choose that in the actual game and get 300 ...
I got the first 2 before Colin even hit the button and then couldn't get the last 2 in time.
891:
10 x 8 = 80
80 + 1 = 81
8 + 3 = 11
81 x 11 = 891
1. 4x(25+50)=300 or 4x50+100=300
2. (75+3)x50/25=156
3. LNAFP: (8x10+1)x(3+8)=891 or (75+3x8)x(1+8)=891
4. (3+3)x8x9+2=434 or (2x3x9+8)x(10-3)=62x7=434

Another route for the 300:
50x25=1250
100/(9-7)=50
(1250-50)/4=300 🤸
300:
7 - 4 = 3
100 * 3 = 300
50 * 4 = 200
200 + 100 = 300
50 + 25 = 75
75 * 4 = 300
I bet you did all 3 methods within the 30 seconds!
@@TheSpotify95 barely. This was such an incredibly hard target to reach lol
I got 434 in the last 3 seconds after trying to factor 434 directly.
8*9*(3+3) is 432, then add 2.
Simplest 434:
(3+3)*8=48
48*9=432
+2=434
I did very similar
3+3 = 6
6*9 =54
54*8 =432
432+2=434
156:
100 + 50 + 9 - 3 = 156
75 / 25 = 3
100 + 50 + 3 + 3 = 156
75 + 3 = 78
100 / 50 = 2
78 * 2 = 156
100 + 50 = 150
9 - 3 = 6
150 + 6 = 156
Half way through what? 4 houses? What?
/me needs context!
Does the host always ask for no applause after an easy round?
156=100+50+9-3=3×(75-25+100/50)
7 - 4 = 3
3 x 100 = 300
Easy starter
300:
7 - 4 = 3
3 x 100 = 300
Numbers round in all 4 QF WERE easy...
The first three ones the same as the winner.
The last one...434 is 432 + 2, 432 = 48*9, so
(3+3)*8*9 + 2 = 434
156 = 100 + 50 + 3 + (9/[75/25])
For 891.
300=(9-7)×(100+50)=(7-4)×100=4×(50+25)=(9-7+4)×50=(9+7-4)×25
9-7 = 2 50-2 = 48X25 = 1,200÷4 = 300
25-4 = 21X100 = 2,100÷7 = 300
75-25 = 50 100÷50 = 2+50 = 52X9 = 468÷3 = 156
75+3 = 78X50 = 3,900÷25 = 156
10X8 = 80+1 = 81 8+3 = 11X81 = 891
8X3 = 24+75 = 99 8+1 = 9X99 = 891
9X8 = 72-3 = 69X3 = 207+10 = 217X2 = 434
9X3 = 27X2 = 54+8 = 62 10-3 = 7X62 = 434
891=(10-1)×(75+3×8)=(8+3)×(8×10+1)
891 also 11*81 and you can make both of those without using the 75.
For 300:
7+(50/25)=9
9/9=1
4-1=3 and multiply by 100 💪
7 - 4 = 3
3 x 100 = 300 #
For 300, using _all_ the numbers:
(50 ÷ 25) ÷ (9 - 7) = 1
4 - 1 = 3
3 × 100 = *_300_*
The last one, simpler than Rachel's: (8*9)(3+3)+2 = 434
If she CAN use a 7, she WILL use a 7 ...
weaseliest ... there is a third e and ten letters overall
434=(10-3)×(2×3×9+8)
156:
100/50 = 2
75 - 25 = 50
50 + 2 = 52
52 x 3 = 156
8*10=80+1=81
8+3=11
81*11=891
9*3*2=54, +8=62; 10-3=7; 62*7=434
