i have so many health issues and have been in and out of the hospital multiple times this year. possible pms or endo at 15. i have to say my parents have been putting this on the tv in the living room every night to help my nausea and throwing up but mostly to just sleep because i have adhd and it helps ALOT. if i want a nap i put this on, if im in the warm bath i put this on. it helps soothe my mind after school work too. calming music needs more credit.

I often have a hard tie cutting my brain to sleep. Lately, due to a fall almost 3 months ago,, I can't sleep because of the pain. I play this for 5-10 minutes before bed just to quiet my brain and sleep the best I can. I'm lucky if I get 6 hours in the night. The fire I'm still, the more pain I feel. So sleep is elusive. But this helps.
