I get the words of encouragement around the licensing process etc., but why aren't CPSA doing much much more on increasing the pressure on the Police Forces to sort out the licencing process with UKG once and for all ? It's ridiculous that you can have one Police force who can process a Grant Application or renewal within 38 working days ( sometimes faster) while others take nearer 200 days. Its an utter shambles and no one seems to be accountable for the level of inconsistency. It needs raising at Ministerial / Govt level.

Been waiting two years for a license. Dorset are so behind the ball I've practically given up hope. Indeed talking to our local club the new intake has dropped as people have given up waiting for their licenses. The only way I can shoot is by having lessons and although this is obviously not a waste of money it is very very expensive and frustrating I cannot reinforce what I have learnt..
